Jasmine green tea - like summer in a cup. Teavana has one called Jasmine Dragon Phoenix Pearls that is wonderful.
I love just about any kind of black, green or white tea. Can't abide herbal "tea" for the most part.

i want to collect a bunch of things that i can use to help my son see that the wbts and being a jw makes no sense.. i have a few in mind already.
they have to be things that might matter to a teenager, so doctrine will probably be out!.
(if you have read my last post you will see why).
Young people deplore hypocracy and injustice. The Watchtower says they are not inspired or perfect, yet you must believe and act perfectly upon everything they say and write, even if they change their minds and go in the opposite direction.
I think the whole pagan/not pagan concept is a great one, especially since they wrote the article not long ago about a pinata having pagan roots but being okay in today's world because the pagan roots have been lost. But you can't use that understanding for birthdays, Christmas, trick or treating, or anything else that might lead to an outbreak of fun. These things should be conscience matters but the "infallible" Watchtower know better.
crystal water turns to dark .
where ere it's presence leaves it's mark .
and boiling currents pound like drums .
We recently watched the movie 'Something Wicked This Way Comes" about the autumn people who arrive in the night with a carnival and how they terrorize a town. Jason Robards starred in it. It was a Disney production - very enjoyable.
what kind of tea do you drink?
what is your favourite way to drink it?
personally, i've never even tried coffee.
Red Rose drinker here, too. I also enjoy jasmine, and green teas. Tea is a comfort, and this time of year I drink 4-5 cups a day. Just sugar or honey. I understand that milk undermines the effects of tea's antioxidants.
well, i know its a bit self-serving since i allready posted this in jwfacts thread http://www.jehovahs-witness.net/watchtower/bible/199939/1/watchtower-images-required, but i think its quite funny and things have been kind of serious around here for the past couple of weeks.. it seem to me that when jahs chanel have desided (im kidding, they has been told) the one and true god really hate christmas and will kill you in nasty ways if you go ahead and celebrate it, it provide a pretty compelling case for not celebrating christmas.
but the governing body can make an even stronger case than that: not only will jesus cry and clice you up if you celebrate christmas, you will also have a really bad time.
wow!.
Is that Christmas tree upside down with the "stump" up in the air?? LOL that is the hokiest picture of the "evils of Christmas" that I have ever seen!!
below is the outline for a talk on the service meeting this week, i guess to help ones to answer the objection / accusation - how would you refute, if this reasoning was used by a jw at your door?.
have not jehovahs witnesses made errors in their teachings?.
jehovahs witnesses do not claim to be inspired prophets.
If the Watchtower's Governing Body truly thought that they were not inspired, then all of their myriad rules would be suggestions, not commandments. They would be "conscience" matters, not disfellowshipping, marking, pruvate reproofing matters. Just their arrogance in their judicial system is enough to tell me that they indeed do believe they speak for God and have his authority to do what they like with the lives of their adherents, even to the point of causing one's death.
To be a good Witness one must believe infallibly in fallible people.
you can probably make any belief make sense if you know what scriptures to use.. what if the founding fathers of the wtbts, in conjunction with the blood issue, had decided that seeking medical treatment of any kind was unscriptural?
the logic might have looked something like this.. they could have said "jehovah intended old age, sickness and death to be a punishment to mankind because of adam and eve's disobedience.
like a parent who diciplines his child out of love, jehovah's purpose is to teach mankind once and for all time that he demands obedience.
The Followers of Christ in Oregon have beliefs very much like this. Quite a few of their children have died.
Very scary what people can believe is the "will of God."
4 years ago today, we tied the knot and our love is stronger.
we love each other each and every day for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health.
we look forward to our 5th next year!
Congratulations!

'also, it is to the spirit-anointed christians who will rule in that kingdom that most of the christian greek scripture is directed.
' (watchtower.

Seems like only the "chores" in the Greek Christian scriptures apply to the Great Crowd. I don't understand why the preaching work isn't the sole work of the anointed. Jesus was speaking only to his disciples when he gave them that command. According to the way the Watchtower interprets the Greek scriptures, preaching should only be done by those partaking.
my grandparents are jehovah's witnesses and didn't raise their daughter to behave in such a manner.
i sent her this letter:.
g82 5/8 pp.
Oh.my.god. Did it ever, EVER occur to you to tell her how much you love her and are worried about her? How many fond memories you have and that you want your "auntie" back? That she is family and you will always be there for her????
The letter you wrote is chapter and verse from the mind of a Phairisee. How did Jesus speak to those considered "unclean" in His day?
SHe is of "no use" to you? This statement in a nutshell describes the nature of the problem with the JW heart and soul. God I pity you so, so mcuh. You have so much work to do on becoming a human being.
May you never be in a situation to receive such a letter from someone you love.
Ugh. I need to go take a mental shower now.
