  I love this place. So many personalities; the emotions are real and heartfelt. Even if the tender ears of JW lurkers are offended at times, I hope they notice that the freedom of expression here is a delight and, as long as everyone fights fair, does no harm.

  I have had many arguments with my son, who is an anarchist, about some of the same things that have been argued here. Every civilization has rules, written or no. I think the violent reaction is partly due to our common history. There is the fear that rules and moderators will make this board another WTS. There is no comparison.

  a jw quote disturbed me.go back to my idea of hating false religion.

  my opinion was to hate those religions and not mine... but to have a clean conscience and to hate what god hates.

  a real hatred will make you exercise the personality that god wants in the new system that will last forever.

  This is getting more and more depressing. To make myself feel better, I asked my computer to count up the number of times Hate is used in the Bible compared to Love. True to my instincts, it looks like there is at least a 3 to 1 ratio in favour of love. Yay! The total count is taking longer than I expected, however, since the Greeks and Hebrews had so many words for love. Three cheers for Greeks and Hebrews!

  ...I wonder how the WTS CD shakes out in comparison....
