  i've seen some discussions in the past here and know a few of you know quite a bit about home stereo equipment so i thought i'd ask your input.. next year i'll be building some new speakers for my home theatre.

  i'm using an onkyo dolby digital receiver (probably upgrading to a newer model capable of dts) and most of the time the system is for dvd movies.

  i want matching speakers all the way around: front left, right, and center, and the two rear surrounds.

  Talk: JWs are not go to a gym???

  i remember just a few short years back at my old congregation, there were a few younger brothers and sisters joining gyms and going to work out.

  well, i guess the elders found out that everyone's free time wasn't being spent pioneering, so a talk (down to) was given one sunday on "not letting worldy pursuits take your eyes off the prize" or some shit like that.

  the whole talk was about how we should devote all time to the wts and field service, and that going to or belong to a gym was just a worldly pursuit and that it was just making or bodies "showy".

  Who or What is God? Who Cares?

  lately i find myself struggling with the simple fact that i do not believe there is a god, let alone any realm beyond the physical realm we are aware of.

  as many of you who know me know i am fond of tarot and astrology, for sometime now i find myself doubting the real significance of it all.

  is there more to life than this?

  a lot of people that weren't elders show why they became witnesses in the first place.

  they complain about the attitude of former elders but they never look at their own crappy attitudes.

  maybe, it's because being a jerk has nothing necessarily to do with being a former elder.
