  Is internet dating for losers?

  after almost a year of internet dating on various sites, i've concluded that it's not the place for me to meet the man of my dreams.

  anyway, i'm happy i've given it a shot and i've gained lots of experience and even made a few male friends.

  anyone here who's had better luck?.

  What is the WORST witness social function you went to and WHY?

  my sister called me tonight, and reminded me of this, i had forgotten.

  - there was an engagement party and the whole cong was invited.

  - the fourth of six kids, and it was in a function room with no bar.. everyone was allowed one glass of wine and no one was allowed to bring any.

  ...get d fd for deliberately setting his alarm clock at 07.06 am (the equivelent of 06.66h), fill his car at the petrol station for exactly 6,66$, and have a breakfast at starbucks for the same price?.

  Hot Body or a Hot Face?

  i was reading a local newspaper that did a survey with regards to whether men prefer a hot body or a hot face.

  men where shown a variety of pics of women with hot bodies, plain or not so pretty faces.

  and then hot faces and normal to not so wonderful bodies.

  Vacation

  my wife and i were just invited on vacation for the spring with a large group of jws.

  the group goes every year, and every year we go with them.

  i was going to decline but my wife really wants to go.

  went on a ski holiday with a large group of JW many years back, enjoyed it very much, never discussed spiritual thing, had a great time at the resort niteclub.

  in my 10 years as a jw i never saw anyone partake, jw or otherwise.

  the last annointed in my town died about 15 years ago or so.

  2002 was my last time and yes 2002 was my very last time, i hope, i mean i never plan to attend again LOL
