As a guy, and someone who prides himself on being a man, I don't get easily offended by constructive criticism. If my breath smelled like hot garbage, I would want someone to tell me that it did, tactifully, and respectfully. (Col 4:6) If he's an easy going guy like you stated, he'll take it in stride. He might already be aware that he has a problem of some sort, and might appreciate any suggestions you can offer. I worked with a dude who's breath was foul. My boss was a real heads on kinda guy. He used to play college football, and he was ex military. Some days you would open up his office door, and he'd be in hunched over in a linebacker pose, looking at you like fresh meat. If you flinched, he'd view you as less than a man. Anyways, my coworker had foul breath. My boss told him privately about it. It didn't really help too much, because this coworker was a gump, and his breath continued to stink. But he really appreciated our boss taking him to the side like that and giving him some advice on his breath. It meant alot to him that our boss would do that. In his own way, he viewed as the boss cared about him.

Bible refers to women as "the weaker vessel" - you know why?
by sabastious inbecause it's a self fullfilling prophecy!.
if you keep women couped up and force them to have only limited contact with the outside world they are going to appear sheltered and unlearned.
therefore when these oppressed women do things that are unlearned or immature all the men go "well they are the weaker vessel.".

I knew a man who felt women were just slightly above animals. He just felt a woman needed to be F*cked properly and they would behave . I've known men who believe that now. That is why he/others feel men could watch porn with women on women and not be disgusted ( b/c women were just above animals ) but never watch porn with men on men. I know, there is so much incongruency and congnitive dissonance here it boggles the mind.
The look on my face after reading that might be permanent. Wow.

I never quite agree with the term weaker vessel. They've got a power over me that since puberty I've been trying to defeat. You tell me who's weaker. Look at Tiger Woods, or Brett Farve and his texting activities.
I still do all the chivalry stuff, but lately I'm starting to see it as pointless, and possibly demeaning to both myself and women.

Hey fellas, as you got older, into your early 30s, did you start finding women between their late 30s and late 40s attractive?
by miseryloveselders insomedays my dad would look at what i still call an older woman, and he'd call her attractive.
i'd look at him like dude your nuts.
i'm thinking just cuz your older doesn't mean its wrong to find younger women attractive.

Ha, ha,ha, ha....(grins) how the heck would you stay married if not?
I look hot to my hubby even at my age, and he's a pretty handsome rooster himself. I will never see anything but the young man I married in his face. He says that about me too. And I believe him. He thinks young women are pretty, but airheads. Also, he no longer likes women to be too thin. He has decided he likes them with plenty of meat.
Makes me laugh.
Grandma you mentioned something else I meant to state in the opening post. I've NEVER been a chubby chaser, but some of these healthy older women look good with that extra weight on them. I'm not talking obese, but a good 15-20 Lbs overweight is not a bad thing to look at depending on how she dresses. I can't believe I'm saying this, but the older I get, I don't mind the extra weight on older gals. They look good.

Somedays my dad would look at what I still call an older woman, and he'd call her attractive. I'd look at him like dude your nuts. I'm thinking just cuz your older doesn't mean its wrong to find younger women attractive. He explained to me that as we get older, we find those in our age bracket and older, to be appealing. I thought he was nuts. I was in my early twenties then, but now I think I see what he's talking about. Lately I've been scoping some of these late thirtyish, and mid fortyish women, and being honest with you, there's quite a few of them that could get it. One of our account managers just made the rounds on our floor. I've never seen this woman before although I've conversed with her over the phone and via email. Today she came through with whom I'm assuming were a couple of her administrative assistants, and I would totally spend money on her and pamper her. She's gotta be in her mid 40s, but wow. She was dressed in all black, which is my favorite anyway, and I loved the way the other two assistants followed her like they knew what was expected of them. So seductive. She has an elegance that younger women take years to learn, and it was so fascinating watching her. There's quite a few in this building that make me pause for a moment.
I've always liked brunettes, and I find that the older I get the more attractive I find the older ones. I'm talking women like Melinda Clarke, or Jane Badler. Eliza Dushku although younger, appears older, but she's gorgous. Or when it comes to black women, Toni Braxton who is in her mid forties is serious business. I'd love to get on bended knee for her.
But fellas, especially you older dudes, did this happen to you as you got older? Did older women all of sudden start looking very good all of a sudden once you reached your 30's? I'm not talking your "hot for teacher"moments either. We've all had the occasional teacher or substitute who we wanted extra attention from. I'm talking once you hit maturity as a man in your thirties, older women became gorgous.
On another note, did younger women all of a sudden become immature and irritating to some degree?

about to...
by Meeting Junkie No More inthis just in (per the most recent awake i was blessed to read):.
'god's new world is about to be ushered in', or something to that effect - don't have the actual issue with me - this is on the inside front cover under what the awake is all about - if someone has one, they can scan for me (please and thank you!).
so, it's not imminent, it's not around the corner; it's not within this generation, it's about to!

The brother doing out public talk yesterday said "about to" also regarding the Noo Sistum. Been hearing about this for so long, I'm starting not to care any longer. I'm more concerned about my hair loss.

Marital Due and the KS
by yknot ini just did a 'quick' search and 'marital due' doesn't appear to have made the 'list' of issues addressed in the ks!.
did i miss something?????
shouldn't the blantant repeated refusal (not justifiable under illness, ability, or discernable reason) be an issue addressed?.

Good points Scully, very good points. I'm saving your post. It never ceases to amaze me how screwed up this religion is.
