  watchtower march 15th 2007: page 27 the watchtower obsession with satan and demons seems to have no end.

  it is little wonder that jehovah's witnesses are so superstitious when they take in things such as the latest offering from the fds:.

  'ever since the wicked angels lost their original position, they have been the demon companions of satan and have served his evil interests.

  JWs and tatoos

  i noticed while watching the aussie tennis open that serina williams has a tatoo on her back that shows a little when her dress top shifts a little after some intense play.

  what does the wt think of tattoos particularly on women jws.

  i noticed she still does that "jehovah" thing in her finishing speach, that tells me that she is still in the org.

  Facts about the NT Bible

  historically, the bible is a secondary support for christians and jews.

  i was raised roman catholic, and our tradition and practices included the bible, but it was not a key centerpiece of our faith.

  the jewish side of my family likewise have a rich history of tradition and faith that is lived, and not pinned down to every word in the bible.

  hi all ,got my copy today read 90 pages already ,so far very interesting and an eye opener rutherford comes across as a very dishonest man and a dictator.

  knorr comes across as very insecure.anyway back to it .have fun and i will let you know as i read more .dan

  I'm not surprised by the tone of Ray Franz's books. Since he was a huge part of the history of Watchtower, and wrote a great deal of their articles, it would not be a shock to expect Crisis of Conscience to read much the same way.

  As already mentioned, what is shocking is how Ray Franz went ahead and wrote the 607 propaganda in the Aid Book, knowing what he wrote was not supported by any scholar.

  It is worth questioning whether Ray actually had a Crisis of Conscience, or if he just got caught up in the post 1975 unraveling. Then after getting the boot, he decided to write his version of what happened.

  Either way, his book was a big help in getting many of us out of a bad situation. For that alone, I thank him.

  No, real justice would be the year the Browns, Ravens and Colts make the playoffs. Ravens would beat the Colts and then lose the next week to the Browns.

  As for me, I will continue to cheer for the Houston Oilers. They haven't lost a game since 1996.
