A QUESTION NOBODY EVER ASKS....
by Terry inwhat is the difference between working a math problem and, say...playing a piano piece?.
the math problem has a correct answer.
getting close to the correct answer is simply called being wrong.. music, on the other hand, can have a wide range of expression not easily judged to be "wrong".

Daniel Chapter 7 - Commentary - NEW ARTICLE
by EdenOne ini've just published a new article on my website.. it's called: "daniel and the future of the 'saints of the most holy' - a commentary on daniel chapter 7".
i'd like to draw your attention in particular to the identity of the fourth beast since i depart clearly from the more or less consensual explanation that is about rome and the antichrist.
i won't waste time with that it isn't, though, and focus on what it is.

Carbon dating and the Global Flood - links needed
by wizzstick ini've been using the search function on the site to research this, but a lot of articles seem quite old and there have been some interesting developments in this field of late.. if you're not sure on what carbon dating is have a look at this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/radiocarbon_dating.
there's an interesting point made in the calibration methods section: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/radiocarbon_dating#calibration_methods.
on developments in the last few years.. they highlight the discovery at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/lake_suigetsu and how it increased the calibration from 12,593 to 52,800 years.

After Much Study, Can You Personally Figure Out The 1914 Dilemma??? (Daniel 7th Chapter)
by bjc2read inwe all know, any avid student of scripture in our time, can easily learn from their personal study of the holy writings, that jesus christ was clearly given the inestimable privilege to "sit upon god's throne," yes, being enthroned in the first century, and upon his resurrection where he was magnificently proclaimed a permanent "son of god," on an everlasting basis.
(see romans 1:4; revelation 3:12.
) this is an indisputable fact.

Question for Believers - Why did god "create" poison ivy, poison toad stools, and marijuana?
by Comatose inif he created them, then he would have had to use divine intervention to protect people from eating them or burning them.
even after being told not to and passing that knlowedge on, small children could inadvertently get into poison berries or mushrooms.
what about bacteria that causes extreme stomach problems like giardia?
