an interesting question, the saints, the holy ones, if they are aware of their calling and choose to not follow for what ever reason, life or family pressures, what are the reprecussion for that called one?.

i was sure i had read a passage that stated the called one that turned away would loose the gifts yet still have their name remain in the book and i thought i read another passage stating the called one that turned away, then turned back again was not allowed and would have their name removed from the book.. the closest i have come to finding these passages is heb.

6:6 and there is john 15:6 but both passages are not quite what i was looking for.

Here's one I heard at church that I'd love to throw at JW:

Faithful Jews from before Jesus (Abraham, Issac et al)went to heaven when they died. How did they get there, since they preceded Jesus in death? Some way Christians do, faith in the blood of Jesus. For them it was faith in a future event, for us it is faith in a past event. Same faith, same blood.

I doubt a dub can look that one up in his little book and refute it.

that made it irrisistable!so yesterday i did it!

funny beneath all the smiles of my brothers and sisters was the beast of indignation waiting to surface if the sight of the monstorous abomination would surface before their eyes!

I just read through this part of the rant and have a few things to add.

In regard to #22.

I used to be the analyst for Buzzy's old firm Alex. Brown, Securities and have met him on several occations.

Buzzy, to my knowledge never worker for Deutsche Bank. He was CEO of Alex. Brown when it was bought by Banker Trust Corp.

Bankers Trust was then inturn bought by Deutsche Bank, I believe after Buzzy left, a few years later. I could be wrong, but at the very least there is certainly no large connection between Buzzy and DB, and much less a reason for him to single them out as someone to profit through any type of illegal trading. And the remnant of the firm that Buzzy ran is not primarilly involved in managing money of the wealthiest of DB's clients, it was/is an investment bank.

Beleive me, I don't need any reason to slam DB, but this is just crazy. Tell your firend at least one thing has been debunked by personal knowledge.

There is a lot of conjecture that the plane that hit the Pentagon was in fact supposed to hit the white house, they were circling because the they couldn't pick out from the air. The Pentagon is BIG building so they took it instead.

Accelerating while going down is easy. Push the yoke forward and firewall the throttles.

Who knows who is working on which side of the Penatagon? Usually the brass is spread all over the building because each service has its own part of the building.

As to remote control and cirtuitry etc, there is no evidence for it. These were standard commercial airliners. They have sophisticated electronics but nothing like what you are talking about. And fitting something in while in the air is going to be a bit difficult, as it would involve opening access panels on the outside of the plane.

A) The airline stocks thing

The democrats and the media want to fry Bush's ass. If there was a shred of evidence for this they'd be on it like flies on shit.

E) Many people heard explosions and stuff after the planes hit. Big explosions. Sort of like demolition crews would cause.

Pour 11,000 gallons of burning jet fuel into a confined space, guess what, you get explosions. I work in real estate. I've watched buildings being imploded. I watched the WTC come down on TV. Those were not controlled explosions

F) One of the engineers said that the towers were designed for that sort of impact anyway and shouldn't have crumpled as neatly as they did..

All the rest of them said they weren't. They were designed to take an airplane hit, but a much smaller plane. And no one can building something that can withstand that much burning fuel.

And as a final note the planes involved were 757's and 767's, not 747's. The 57's and 67's are much newer planes with very advance electronic systems that make them much easier to fly. They are also smaller and easier to handle.

The Seattle weather gives us a head fake about this time every year. We get a few nice days to make us think it's spring, followed by two months of rain.

hey everybody, i'm a christian, but i'm not a jehovah's witness and i recently made friends with one, i know little to nothing about this religion and i would like to know more, can anyone help me out by way of how it is different from say, an evangelical free christian church?
