JW Hmmmm, Some of them was mean to me

last monday 4:45 pm(westcoast time), i'm at the gas station getting gas, and drinking some good cream soda., *seems like a normal day* anybody who lives near the burbank area, already knows it's alot of them jw's walking around... anyway, 2 women come up to me and hand me some wt books(hell fire or something like that), etc, we talking, blah, blah... <i>so then i told them, i have'nt been to a church or kingdom hall since i was 7(now i'm 20/13 years), and i told them that, i gain bible knowledge from god the father and the messiah christ jesus, i study at home, cause i'm wise, plus i'm righteous, and i'm legendary, so i dont need to gather around people who aint teaching right, and besides i feel alot better by myself anyway, cause god clearly said's he will teach the wise what they need to know</i>

" we are the cause of our destruction *(it's quoted different in the bible) / i believe that 9/11 was a bad day, we cry & mourn & move on, we get over it, i got over 9/11 in under 24 hours & to be honest i'm sick of hearing about it.... now i also understand that millions was not paying attention before 9/11 & they still aint paying attention.. if people would wake the hell up and read the bible they would already know that god already warn us to listen to him, and be on guard 24/7 cause that devil which we call satan exist and on the move to overthrow billions........ where is your faith?

jesus clearly said that not to sorrow for the dead, cause they will get resurrected when the messiah comes back- john 5 verse 28,29.. so get over it and heed jesus words....

What would Jesus Christ (the Lord you say you are following), think about your attitude?

Would Jesus Christ have EVER told someone who lost their loved ones to GET OVER IT and STOP WEEPING?

Also, I would like to also say how truly saddened I am about the loss of all of those innocent people's lives on September the 11th, 2001, and that I pray for all of the families who lost their loved ones on that day.

The Watchtower vs. The Bible

here is a list of contradictions between what the watchtower society says and what the bible says:.

the watchtower says that judas iscariot left the lord's evening meal (memorial) before jesus instituted the new covenant and passed the wine and bread.. what does the bible say?:.

Here is another BIG CONTRADICTION between the Watchtower and the Bible:

The Watchtower Society says that Jesus Christ was Resurrected as a "Spirit Creature" and that He no longer had His Body because Jehovah (The Father) "zapped" His Body out of existence.

What does the Bible say?:

John 2:18: The Jews therefore answered Him, "What sign do You show us, seeing that You do these things?"
John 2:19: Jesus answered them, "Destroy this Temple, and in three days I will raise It up."
John 2:20: The Jews therefore said, "Forty-six years was this Temple in building, and will You raise it up in three days?"
John 2:21: But He spoke of the Temple of HIS BODY.
John 2:22: When therefore He was raised from the dead, His Disciples remembered that He said this, and they believed the Scripture, and the Word which Jesus had said.

Luke 24:36: As they said these things, Jesus Himself stood among them, and said to them, "Peace be to you."
Luke 24:37: But they were terrified and filled with fear, and supposed that they had seen A SPIRIT.
Luke 24:38: He said to them, "Why are you troubled? Why do doubts arise in your hearts?
Luke 24:39: See My hands and My feet, that it is truly Me. Touch Me and see, for A SPIRIT doesn't have flesh and bones, as you see that I have."
Luke 24:40: When He had said this, He showed them His hands and His feet.
Luke 24:41: While they still didn't believe for joy, and wondered, He said to them, "Do you have anything here to eat?"
Luke 24:42: They gave Him a piece of a broiled fish and some honeycomb.
Luke 24:43: He took them, and ate in front of them.
Luke 24:44: He said to them, "This is what I told you, while I was still with you, that all things which are written in the Law of Moses, the Prophets, and the Psalms, concerning Me must be fulfilled."

Also, the Watchtower likes to say that Jesus could not have taken His Body into Heaven because it is written "Flesh and Blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God", BUT NOTICE, Luke 24:29 says that Jesus' Resurrected Body was FLESH AND BONES, not Flesh and Blood!

There is NOT ONE SCRIPTURE in the ENTIRE BIBLE that says that Jesus is Michael!

I will try to look up the Watchtower Publications that say that Jesus became The Christ at His Baptism.

Here are a few Watchtower Quotes:

Also, in the Old Testament, it is my belief, from what I have read in the Bible so far, that God did the following (I could be wrong though):

1. Always warned the people/nations that He was going to destroy them if they did not repent.

2. That most of the time it was God Himself who destroyed the people/nations.

3. That when God did tell His people to destroy enemy nations, God always either used an angel or spoke directly to His people and told them what to do (which is definitely not the case now days).

4. The nations/people that God had destroyed were wicked and evil (I mean look at Sodom and Gomorrah)

Those are just my thoughts and beliefs.

i'm very confused about this 144,000 / heaven thing, i thought i had everything correct, but i'm confused, and i'm very upset.. the bible is very hard to understand.. so i figure if i cant understand everything about who is going to heaven, i do understand that i'm not going, and i will infact survive armageddon and i will be in the new paradise earth - isaiah 65 verse 17<"not a jw teaching, it's a bible teaching(kjv)"........... anyway, peace!

I find it hard to believe that people can read the Teachings of Love found in the Bible, and also those which you Posted from the Koran, that anyone read that and then commit acts so wicked (like 9/11) and believe that they are doing "God's Will".

Good point about living this life like it is the only life, HOWEVER, in the Bible, it is clearly obvious that people who DO NOT love their neighbor are NOT going to have ANY sort of Reward in the Afterlife.

I agree that there has been some Catholic/Pagan influence on Christmas (like, I would say that Santa Claus doesn't really need to be involved with the Celebration at all), but to say that it is a SIN to Celebrate our Lord's Birth, I just don't know what to say.

my dub friend invited me to her church (whatever) one sunday, which i of course i went - it was ok - nothing special, except i know what you mean about being "love bombed".

my question.... do any non-dubs go to the weekly bookstudies?
