and is the watchtower a part of the new world order and the world goverment under the united nations and the vatican?

I know what you mean, Beks...I had all of these wonderful plans to make it a yearly trip and, well, shit happens. I know now why they call it 'vacation of a lifetime' - it doesn't repeat easily.

Do You Miss Even A Little Bit Your "Friends" From The "Truth"?

i miss a few but honestly i could count them on one hand after being in the organization for almost 5 decades.

some jws are ok but most, i simply tolerated, due to being an elder..

I have about a dozen people that I truly miss. I wish every day that they would wake up and see the reality of the 'truth'. These are all very intelligent people, all raised as JW's but not particularly strictly and less inclined to black and white thinking but still under mind control. It's so sad to me...I really wish there was a switch I could pull for them.

The Watchtower slams the Catholics, why not Islam?

given that the wbt$ is always ready to insult the catholics and other religions why don't they slam islam in the same way?.

is it because it's not considered 'christian' or do they know that muslims won't take their insults?.

or do they and i just missed it?.

I think that deep down, most JW's identify more with Muslims than they do with Catholics. The transition from a doily to a burka isn't such a huge leap, after all.
