when it comes to malware protection, a common mentality on internet discussion forums is to run a "cocktail" of security products.
the various products that get recommended are usually free and often second rate.. i've ranted several times against that sort of advice here and even said that i've yet to lose a bet with anyone who thinks that this makes it okay to visit the seamy underbelly of the 'net.
the bet is that i can find something malicious on their system that doesn't belong there.. .
How would you get your hard drive cleaned. Someone recommended "Computer Forenics for Dummies" by Linda Volonino. You know, when someone commit a sex crime, forenic experts come and seize your computer and can find all sorts of sorid stuff in your hard drive.
I am talking about cleaning all this junk out, not just deleting porn from your computer. How would the layman do this on his/ her computer or do you have to actually go to school for this?
i have noticed a very disturbing trend.
but i suppose when any religion owns it's deity (s) they can pretty much dress him any way they want.. religions are changing jesus from the kind peace-lover who advised his followers to "do good to those who spitefully use you" and "love one another, even your enemies.".

when i was a kid i lived on a farm & i would spend alot of my time playing in the paddocks in barefeet.
now these fields were grazed upon by both cattle & sheep, oh the crap between my toes.. there were the cow paddles that were completely dried out, the ones that we would throw at each other.. then there were the cow paddles that were semi dry, they looked fully dry, until one stood on them & wtf you were on on your ars with a really bad shit stain on ya pants.. then there were the really bad ones, freshly deposited, that when you stood on them it ozzed between ones toes, stuck like ..well yeah shit to ya leg, the smell well all ya friends dissapeared, now i remember me & my cousin (female jw) on our gocarts flying down the hill & she falling off & yes she ended up face first in one of those freshly deposited cow paddies..hehehe.
i laughed & laughed for the next 2 years.. damn i probably given my id away now, oh screw it.. next installment: how to get the dog shit off ya best fs shoes.. .

Yes it does! And it is already fulfilled. We raised a family in and out of the so-called religion. We are still married after 43 years together. We have a five year old grandson. We see our children on a daily basis. The Watchtower Society has not suceeded in breaking our family apart.
Our purpose is to live each day and enjoy whatever time is left for us. She is 70 and I am 65. We served as Watchtower slaves for over 30 years. We been free since 2002.

most of today's jws were not members in 1975 or in the 9 years prior to 1975, so they were not eyewitnesses to what really went on during that period.
i was a pioneer in that period, and i was an eyewitness to what went on.. those jws who are still active today and who were around in that period will typically say it was the "brothers" who "ran ahead of jehovah" and "read more into" the 1975 prediction than what was actually stated.

I think that they will always in some shape or form have dates to play with to keep newer ones and diehard older ones captive to "The Carrot" That carrot has been their lure forever. They got ten more years to play with, 2012, 2014, 2019.

LL. What LOVE you have demonstrated! One of my favorite scriptures is the one that Nehemiah ask's of Jehovah in the concluding verse of his book. "Oh Jehovah remember me for good." You have done good for so many persons whether they appreciate it or not. You will be remembered by Jesus when that time comes.
The foundation that the society stands on is a date that is inaccurate. It is Jesus who is the foundation that we stand on not some date.
