  Director of ICE, appointed by President Biden, has released a report of the number of criminals deliberately brought into the United States.

  the director of ice appointed by biden couldn't contain anymore what the biden administration was secretly hiding from the american people and congress.

  so he released his report a few days ago to congress, and revealed that hundreds of thousands of criminals and terrorists from afghanistan were being flown into the country in private planes during the night and releasing them into all the states.

  this is not a republican report.

  out of curiosity, i went to the jw website to see if they had posted anything about helene, it's damage, and what their relief plans may be, i any.

  i looked in the news and in video sections to see if there were any postings.

  i couldn't find anything.

  Hurricane Helene is a nothing story on Canadian Mainstream media. The news this weekend is the Middle East war and climate change in Alaska.

  The flooding is the 27th news article on CBC world news this morning. I guess it’s not part of their propaganda agenda. Maybe it’s not important enough for the Watchtower either.

  That being said I follow independent news out of the US as well as Canada and the flooding from Helene is catastrophic.

  It’s like the mainstream media and Watchtower are on the same team and share notes. It’s all about milking the labour of commoners and them leading us in a certain way for THEIR benefit.

  People who work free for the cult for many years

  i have a question i did not get any feed back for on another site.

  what to these people who gave decades working for free in bethel when they are 60 plus years old.

  The old age pension in Canada is a meager existence.

  If you don’t own a place to live outright or have a pension from your employment you’re gonna need to get a job.

  Canada pension plan doesn’t pay a lot unless you have payed the maximum meaning you have worked full time at a good paying job for at least 40 years. You can collect at 60 but it is a reduced amount.

  I unfortunately see brothers who bought into “the end is just around the corner” nonsense in the 70’s in their 70’s working labour jobs.

  It’s sad to watch. They thought they had the world by the tail.

  These people are shit out of luck.

  They were victims of a con job.

  About 15 years ago I realized the con and started to prepare for retirement. About the same time the congregation started soft shunning me.

  The borganization want people to be poor and dependent on their social structure. That’s what keeps people in.

  It’s all fake. It’s a manufactured social structure to keep the individual jw in servitude. The leadership does’t give a shit and won’t help you in your old age.

  is it just me or has there been a massive change in jws of late?.

  when i grew up in the cult they had a real sense of urgency and would do an hour minimum, these days it’s not even ten mins before coffee break.. same goes for everything else, it’s half hearted .

  the hospital liaison committee (hlc) for jehovah’s witnesses does not pressure members to refuse blood transfusions.

  rather, their role is to support jehovah’s witnesses in adhering to their pre-existing religious beliefs, which include a strict prohibition against accepting blood transfusions based on their interpretation of biblical scriptures.. jehovah’s witnesses are well-informed about their stance on blood from an early age, and refusing blood is a deeply ingrained religious conviction, not something imposed during a medical crisis.

  the hlc’s purpose is to provide assistance in accessing bloodless treatment options, facilitating communication with healthcare providers, and helping ensure that the patient’s choices are respected.. while the hlc strongly supports adherence to the beliefs of jehovah’s witnesses, the ultimate decision remains with the individual.

  My experience with the “blood issue” is this.

  Not me but a relative that ended up dying in the hospital.

  The HLC and elders in the congregation weren’t there for us. Did not even want to go to the hospital to visit an active publisher.

  We are not that active, therefore not that important in the congregation. Our group overseer insisted we go to his place so he could tell us we should not have the funeral in the Kingdom Hall while before the patient even died.

  A few years back, probably 10 or more the Watchtower was looking for people to lend their holiday trailers for volunteer construction workers to stay in.

  The trailers had to be in near new condition and a certain length.

  I didn’t lend mine because at the time I was too poor to own one.
