Either brothers are not travelling out to give talks or they are that broke that they can’t afford an extra tank of gas

Reading between the lines
The borganization is reactive, not proactive.
They allowed males under the legal age of majority to be appointed as ministerial servants. Legal must have pointed out that’s not a good thing but they can’t disappoint the young ans by deleting them as they might never get them to serve again.
Elders can’t be alone with a ministerial servant under the age of 18.
Elders have to consult the parents first if they want the young an to do assignments .
Minor ministerial servants can only do things like clean the toilets and handle microphones.
This blunder shows the org is flying by the seat of their pants and can’t think past their noses.

i have just read a post about february 2025 (i suppose) announcements in italy saying that from now on at assemblies they need a pass, given by elders, to put on cars.. is that possible/true?.

The issue I would have is being stuck driving someone you might not like to the convention because you need a full vehicle.
