I wonder if the elder that ADMITTED to watching the porn was the secretary or school overseer of the congregation?
None of the elders want those positions as they require a lot of work.
It looked like there were only 4 elders on the body so they probably wanted to keep the honest one if he was carrying a lot of the work load. Maybe snitch elder can take over those responsibilities once they kick the other guy to he curb.
Why didn’t they ask the elder if he jerked off while he was watching the porn? That would have brought a whole new dynamic to the situation as that becomes a judicial matter and he could be disfellowshipped.
The elder blamed his wife for not putting out enough causing him to watch porn. The other elders seemed to think that was ok reasoning. If in doubt blame a woman!

One thing that elders are not aware of, and should be is personal civil and criminal liability for some of the harms that they do.
Laws are broken and damages done in the name of “following direction”.
A bold person needs to ask these questions to elders:
What would you do if you recieve a criminal record or a jail term for not reporting csa or threats of self harm? Will you lose your job?
What would you do if you are sued for wrongful death resulting from a decision you made in a jc? What will your wife and family think if you lose your house and your wages garnished? Does the congregation offer you liability insurance in case of a lawsuit?
Elders are being played by the watchtower corporation. They are manipulated into thinking they are doing gods work by being hatchet men for the borg.
Watchtower won’t have their back.
