Christians: Do you believe Jesus is the only way?

i was walking around town and a guy on a bike comes up to and shoves a cardboard bum sign in my face with "jesus is the only way" written in classy sharpy marker.. check out this scripture:.

john 14: 6 - jesus answered, "i am the way and the truth and the life.

no one comes to the father except through me.. according to this scripture the guy's sharpy message was correct.. do you believe this message?.

Christianity is about Virtue and Character, and love, compassion, frogiveness, humility are the defining attributes of this virtue.
When these thinsg are lacking it is a case of not enough Christ in our lives.
Excellent post, PSac. I love those kinds of Christians. Well, really those kind of poeple no matter whhat faith they follow or don't. It should be noted that having those qualities does not mean one has Christ, however. I just mean that a Jew, a Muslim, an atheist, a Druid can have those qualitities as well.

If God exists before events he is at the starting gate of time waiting for the Big Bang. At the point of creation God is relative to man within a context of periodicity. Otherwise, He could not be said to be eternal.
Godammit Terry. That's honestly the simplest answser to the way I have been trying to figure out how to answer than. Awesome.

Now I'm going to have to go through each and every page and see what caused and led up to God not wanting us to suffer turning into the gender wars.
Oh, dude, there is no war :)
My point, albeit subtle, was that to bring gender into ANY Jesus based discussion means that women can't teach and to make me a sammich. Thank dear baby Jesus I have risen above that, but apparently some think their gender still infers them something special.

Your quesion presupposes a reason. Why shouldn't his foot slip or a gun jam? My foot has slipped and gun jammed many times. Is there a reason your examples should be special?
