i left the "truth" in 2002 after being in it for more than 30 years.
i am so glad i wasn't raised in the "truth".
my very zealous wife who was raised in the "truth" found a worldly boyfriend and swore nothing ever happened.

I too have lost every friend I've ever known.....I'm still in the 'lost' stage; trying to figure out what's next......so you're not alone. I'm always glad to hear of a happy ending.....I'm sure glad you met a nice girl. The sisters I dated post divorce were awful.
how long do you think it will take before the wts is exposed for what it really is?.

it's obvious they wormed their way out of another one.. do you think there will ever be a grand climax and jws will just start leaving in record numbers?
I agree with most of the posters above.
I too wanted to see this mass unveiling.....but I don't think it will happen. People are conditioned to 'believe'......and they have almost been setting the stage for some of this stuff....
I do think a major change in the blood policy.....like it becoming "a conscience matter" would shake things up. Imagine the people who have lost loved ones????? I think the same thing about admittance that DFing is barbaric and UnChristian.......but then again, think of all the people that have lost people.....the suicides, etc.
Somehow, I think it will just keep going.

Very sad....but very evident that JW's are not living proof of John 13:34, 35, nor do they treat people the way Jesus does (1 Pet. 2:21, 23)

seems that our 1st non attendance at the memorial has put us on the "1 sheep out of 100 radar".
we have been inundated with calls (we usually do a good job of screening) and the drop by in service wed, thurs and yesterday of some of the die/blowhards.

I was at the meeting....I even had the chance to serve closely with Guy Pierce, who went after those that watched R rated movies.
If you watch an R Rated movie, you're getting removed.
