We know, of course, that the prize of lasting life is not awarded to persons until the END of the millennium. Only those who refuse to be misled by Satan when loosed at the end of the millennium will continue living.

Sorry Schizm but this is just another Watchtower Lie. Everlasting life is awarded to the Saints at the time of their resurrection. This takes place at the beginning of the millennium as they are raised first when our Lord returns. Over them second death has no authority. They will exist together here on earth with the sheep during the millennium and pass the final test along with such faithful sheep they have helped during this era of judgement.

God also called or referred to as the Spirit of Him in some texts raised the Word from the dead to the Glory this Word had before the world of mankind was created in answer and fulfillment to our Lord's prayer in the garden.

The Word also called Jesus then raised his own body as he prophesied. Thus a dual or hypostasis nature, both valid domains of this Messiah came into existence consisting of the Word and the human Jesus at the time of this resurrection. Both natures were then demonstrated to us in subsequent texts and the human nature of this Jesus is the one that is scheduled to rule here on earth in the promised Kingdom (Acts 1:11) .

Jesus is our God. The Supreme Being is our God also and yet Jesus is not our Supreme Being. Furthermore Jesus can be worshipped under NT rules without contradicting OT texts. Such worship is authorized and permitted by this Supreme Being we call God in our day.

Failure to understand proper use for the title God and context that is often ignored are the major reasons why Trinitarianism exists.

Anyone in authority especially those that receive such authority from God can be called God or God?s without contradiction. Thus non-human beings such as the Word that became flesh and human beings called such does not make more than one God or person that makes up the Supreme Being. Thus honor given to such a God does not mean that we worship more than One God or Supreme Being. A capital G does not make such a God the Supreme Being. Examples are Moses, the Kings of Israel and Heads of Government here on earth good or bad even to this day. We should understand this difference and context not punctuation should let us know this but most miss this distinction. God as a title for the Supreme Being and God as a title for someone appointed by Him does not make a Supreme Being with multiple personalities or consisting or many Persons based on this title God. Simply stated just because Jesus is called our God in Scripture, does not mean that this Jesus is our Supreme Being and ultimately the one we must please to gain eternal life. Judas at Lord's Evening Meal?

just a quick question.. does anyone know what the wts had to say about judas' presence at the last supper, before 1935?.

(documentary proof would be nice, too).

this is one of the arguments that the wts uses to support only 144,000 partakers of the "lord's evening meal".. i'm of the belief that he was at the supper, had his feet washed and enjoyed the meal, but was sent away before the "new covenant" was established (so he missed the specific partaking of the bread and wine).

Elders Apptd By Holy Spirit?

1) why does the wts insist on claiming that elders are appointed under holy spirit, when it's been proven that they have been guilty of so-called unchristian behaviors?

2) can you prove that they are appointed by holy spirit?.

First, there was no second 'feast' on the Sabbath that closed the 7 day festsival of unleavened Bread. Neither Jewish nor Christian sources support this idea.

Tell that to the writers of the Talmud. I have read it, have you? Everyday was a feast during Passover week where unleavened bread was a requirement for the meals. This is why I suggest that everyone study the matter for themselves. Misinformation is all that most will find, but if they stick with the scriptures they should be able to resolve all this for themselves. Give up? Give up what? Telling the truth and not the bull most people are shoveling? Is that what you want?

John also at least 4 times mentions the passovr as yet future the next day (13:29,18:28,18:49,19:14).

Sure because the Passover that John was discussing was the second Passover Sabbath and a high one of 48 hours at that. Passover had already started but was not yet finished and this final Passover meal was still future. Nothing here to move the Last Supper to before this 7 day event.

John makes special effort to have the meal BEFORE the Passover not on the passover as the Synoptics. John casts jesus as the passover lamb which was killed the day before the passover called Preparation. John 13:1 says it was before the passover (lost in some translations) and that the 11 imagined jesus was sending Judas off to get ready for the passover meal the next day vs 29.

Passover is 7 days long. There were two days of preparation and two special Passover meals involved that were also Sabbath days. Which one is John talking about? I suggest that anyone interested in this event study the matter for themselves as bad information seems to be all they get from others.

Regarding this topic and the presence of Judas at the meal. What is the problem with his partaking? The emblems would not become valid symbols until after our Lord?s death. This was after all the Last Passover and not the First Memorial. But most seem to think that the holiness of the event was violated somehow. This is what drives their view.

Yes, Luke corrected himself. You can see this in the text. The blood of Christ was given heavy emphasis by Paul and Luke being trained by him was accustomed to such use. Placing it first was natural for him. The argument that holy spirit prevented such error and the original documents were flawless is pure nonsense. Most of the apostles including John continued to keep the LAW for well over 20 years and nearly killed Paul over his condemnation of it. Holy Spirit did not prevent that. Picking on the text with an eye to discredit it misses the message that it conveys. And that message is far different from the ones being taught in nearly all Christian churches today.
