Did anyone else get somewhat offended by the term "rank and file" that the WT attorney used.
by life is to short ini was just surprised by that term being used by jim mccabe when he said "jonathan kendrick was not a leader or a pastor, he was just a rank-and-file member.".
i thought that was only an apostate term and also what a put down to us lowly members.

I'm just waiting for the next "big issue" to come through. First the Sparlock insanity, now the lost lawsuit, what's next? If another issue as big as Candace's case comes through this year, it may push many over the edge.
I've been hearing a lot of responses from the people I emailed the case link to that they are appalled and shocked about it and many have said similar things, "they get what they deserve if this is true." I think many are looking for an out of this cult.

I hope to see them burn for this in the near future. This, of all complaints towards the WTBTS, has the most potential to render it dead. Abusing children should never be an issue. Someone abuses a child, call the police, let them deal with it. Don't even bother calling the legal dept. I bet their legal dept would evaporate if they practiced basic common sense law.

Your words of frustration sound like the email I wrote, but did not send, to my mom. This case really has done it for me. The final nail in the coffin to prove that Jehovah, or whatever God is out there, has anything to do with this organization.

What's funny is that you are told as a JW to "meditate" on the things you learn blah blah blah. Which is in itself a mind controlling tactic on their part, but that is besides the point. True meditation actually is a wonderful experience. I'm talking about meditation the way kaballahists, buddhists and yogi's are taught. Great for calming your mind and having a sense of clarity afterwards.
If Satan and the demons entered my mind and gave me that peace and serenity, I say, bring it! Not that I believe that. Just saying.

nice to see the borg finally getting what they deserve.. anyway, the daily mail has done a story about it and at the end you can give your comments.
i think there are a number of 'faithful witlesses' on there who are giving the "thumbs down" to any negative comments about the borg, including mine.
