Adam: OMG, WTF Eve?!!
by laverite inthe new [revised] nwt (n-nwt) apparently has simplified, contemporary language that can be understood by the people of today (with 13% less clutter, and fewer references to kidneys) who are now contemporaries of the 1914 generation.
i can only imagine some of the newly revised passages (starting with a conversation between adam and eve after the big oopsie).i know the pdf version will be online soon.
i do wonder about the full searchable version on jw.org and when that will go live.

Use the AGM "New Light" to reach your family and friends - here is my plan

the key to pulling this off will involve being 100% serious and believing it yourself.. plan - make a big big deal over the new light that the end will occur in this millenium, and immediately point out that this is huge news as a date hasn't been pushed since 1975.. .
why - first off you use this as a way to bring in 1975 and tarnish the agm with that debacle.

OTWO - I hadn't seen that commercial. One can almost imagine such a scene. Sure, it was a bit exagerrated or over the top, but it gave me a good giggle to think of the AGM and the eagerness of those present. Loved that vid!

do you remember as a child or teenager that every time we preached and asked when it would stop the answer would be: "till jehovah tells us it is no longer necessary"?.
the amount of literature is dropped... there are no old bibles... they sell all kind of keylocations all across the globe etc etc etc ... all money is getting centered to one spot one way or another.. also... if shit is gonna happen worldwide (maybe a "normal" world war or something) it is actually not a strange thought that one day soon they may announce something like the following:.

To reply to a question by telling someone to buy a book, rather than explain your claim with empirical evidence is beyond flimsy. You made some broad claims, offered no evidence whatsoever, and when asked about that, you reply by saying buy a book. Nice.

It's quite rich that you asked for Cult Classic to back up statements with evidence (e.g. asking what are you basing that on?). Yet, when you were asked basically the same thing you reply with buy a book.
