No, the only evidence of it is in the Bible. The Egyptians have no record of it. The surrounding nations have no record of a large tribe of a million or so nomads wandering throug the wilderness. There is no physical evidence that there was a large amount of people wandering through the desert. In fact, there is no evidence that the Egyptians even held the nation of Israel as slaves. There you go, Exodus debunked, Bible thrown into question.

Long Overdue Observation
by earthfire ini just thought this was funny when it popped into my head this morning.
funny because i should have thought of it long ago and i'm sure that i'm not the first to think this.
the big point comes after my little spiel.. so, god tells noah to build an ark because he has a lot of killing of the wicked to do and only noah and his family seem to be good enough.

The fact that there are any freshwater fish still alive proves the flood was a myth.
Unless Noah had some fish tanks on the ark.

Any "inappropriate" or "saucy" conversations out in Field Service car groups???
by Gojira_101 ini thought of one that happened to me, i think i was 16 and regular pioneering at the time.
i was in fs with my friend, i think she had to be about 18, and we were in a van with older married sisters, my friend and i were the only single ones.
there were 6 of us in this van and my friend and i of course were forced to sit in the back (meaning we couldn't escape by jumping out of a moving van), anyway, the conversation turned to discussing molestation.. the two oldest sisters sitting in the front then started going into detail about how they had been molested, and it wasn't just "i was molested by..." no they went into detail.. i was shocked!

An older brother used to make racist jokes all of the time. He made quite a few crazy comments, even at meetings.
I remember during one spring cleaning he even took off his shirt while mowing. One of the elders put a stop to that real quick.

Connie may be the greatest troll ( I don't like using the word here, because it is clearly some sort of parody) ever.

My husband MISSED the meeting today! Unheard of!
by Julia Orwell inhe decided to take me somewhere nice in the country for a day instead, and when he suggested it last night i was amazed that he would have even thought of missing the meeting!
he was one of those guys who only missed a meeting, literally, if he had a spinal injury and couldn't move!.
but, i've been sharing a little of the ttatt with him, teensy tiny bits that i can substantiate from the bible or other reputable sources.

Willing to miss meetings is (to me) one of the first signs that TTATT is taking over.

What`s your favorite dinner WINE
by OUTLAW inred or white, domestic or imported,a good wine can really accent a fine meal.one of my favorite red wine`s is a bordeaux from france,b&g 1725.inspired by the barton&guestier tradition which dates back to 1725 in boudeaux, fondation 1725 is a dry fruity wine with a deep garnet colour and rich, lasting aromas.merlot and cabernet sauvignon grapes confer strong flavours of black currant, violet and spices.it is excellent with red meats, poultry and cheeses.i also like to use it for deglazing when making gravies or sauces.enjoy!!

I usually just drink beer with food, unless I'm eating an Italian dish. Then it will usually be a Lambrusco.

For somebody who is held up as a shining example of righteous, David is a piece of crap.

I live in Pittsburgh. The popular drinking location in Pittsburgh is Carson St. on the south side of town. I think it is in the Guinness Book of World records for most bars per block. 20 blocks of pretty much straight up bars. I went the last two years. There were thousands upon thousands of people. I'm finding out that I just cannot deal with large crowds of drunk people. I get very anxious and irritated. A couple people are trying to get me to come out but I think I'm just going to stay home. Last year I was out for a few hours and was so frustrated, I picked up a case of beer, a bottle of wine, and went home and drank in peace. This year, I've got plenty of liquor available to me. Might pick up a bottle of wine and enjoy my day off from work.
When I drink alone, I prefer to be by myself.
