  Before I finished high school in 1984. Well I finish it, I pioneered for 7 years, after I got married, I have to kids and the New Order didn't came yet. 21 years past ever since, almost a quarter of century!!!

  if you still go to meetings, take a good look around the kingdom hall next time you attend and think about what you are.

  likely seeing.. many witnesses will sit in a half-awake mode - despite confronting a risk to life or limb in attending, because of bad weather or the sort.

  The problem among those who support creation it is that they consider the account of Genesis a fact, without examining the science facts.

  For instance in Genesis it says that God created the big creatures of the sea and after the animals on land. In fact this statement does not condradict with Evolution because life started from the sea and then it evoloved at land.

  Genesis account has many questions that cannot be answered. First if Adam was supposed to be perfect and was able to read and write why do we have a graduate evolution in human history. It is a fact that we have different ages that lasted thousands of years. Also we have Humanoids that lived in the past and some of them are Australopythicus, Neantertal, Homo Erectus. Home Sapiens managed to survive and Evolved from the stoneage to neolithic age, iron age, copper age. Language was also evolved accordingly to the location. Sumerians, Egyptians, Phonecians, Greeks, Chineese have developted their verbal and written language long before the Genesis account that was written in Simetic language.

  In Genesis says that Adam was created "good" and the Greek Old testament says "lian kalos" translated - fair good. So there is much difference from being created"good" and being "perfect". Adam who lived in Mesopotamia was created in the spiritual form of God when God gave to Adam the Soul.Genesis and the old Testament it is dealing with the descendants of Adam - Noah,Enoch,Abraham. Bible it is not a scientific Book, it is a Guidebook for the salvation of the Soul.

  So there is nothing wrong if have been evolved and during in this proccess that lasted hundreds of thousands of years God helped us!!!

  i just heard from back home (puerto rico), about this elder i know (i was good friends with his daughter), that just got df'd for homosexuality.

  That is a really nice juicy post.

  I remember in my cong we had 3 youngsters that they had gayish look. At the end the 2 of them they were disfellowshiped and the other one lost all the "privalages" - microphone, reader of the WT study(but as usual elders didn't say the reason). So the one wen't to U.S and after many years he was reinstated, the other one was "lost" in the world and the other got married!!

  We have many, but like all the rest postings I would say that they all look like, so we have:

  General Cleaners and that includes window, carpet, office cleaners, actually the cleaning business is the most favored of the JW's and the top of their list!!!

  Next we have car sales, and sanitary products, some work as electric appliances electricians, plummers, builders, carpenters.

  WORLD WIDE TSUNAMI OF LOVE...

  there has been almost 2 weeks after the tragic events in asia, and still the tsunami disaster is still on the front line of the media.

  from what i observe many countries in the world donate money for the victims of this tragic events, and we see pop stars like cliff ritchard that wrote a song for this purpose and all the money will go to the victims there in asia, famous actors, people in the art business, donating money for this holy cause.

  in my country (since many of you in this forum you know that i'm greek) the last few days we obsrever a humanitarian tsunami of love.

  In my country (since many of you in this forum you know that I'm Greek) the last few days we obsrever a humanitarian Tsunami of Love. The New Hellenic Television set a radiomarathon to collect money for the victims, and it is unbelievable to see the people how do they respont on this Humanitarian call. You can see little children, old men, people of all kind of social status giving willingly money.

  Olympic winners gave their metals, their shoes and cloths to be sold in auctions, the President of the Hellenic Repuplic some items for the same reason, the National Football Team - the Champions of Europe 2004 gave lot of their personal sport items. What is happenic in my country is amasing and the amount that raised up to now it is 20 million dollars, and more to come...

  As I have observed the world it is in alert regarding the victims of the Tsunami disaster, and all of us contribute money, cloths, food, medicine, to help them. I have observed not only in my country that others are doing the same.

  Indeed we gave HOPE for the people in Asia, and most of ALL we gave LOVE. It is love that motivates all of us to help them no matter what religion are, or skin colour.

  The Watchtower it is absend from this Tsunami of Love. The leaders of the American Cult called Jehovahs Witness are locked in the ivory towers of Brooklyn unable to see beyond their walls. They cannot see, or FEEL the real Love that all of us have shown to the people of Asia. They are trapped in their doomsday doctrines and they just can't do what Jesus did. Help and LOVE ALL the world.

  I'm proud to be human and Mankind has shown that indeed we can love and help each other no matter what religion we are.

  Tsunami of Love crushed over the Tsunami of disaster and the Tsunami of Love has flooded the all World...

  The leaders of the WT have been Deliberate Deceivers for the past 50 years. I'm not going to mention the leadership of Russell and Rutherford because that is another long chapter.

  The WT leaders KNOW that their theology system is wrong. Specially with the dates of 607 B.C - 1914 and they are wrong due to Russells occultic believes-Pyramidology.

  Unfortunately they are so tied up with 1914 that they CAN'T change it. The result of this change it will be a chain reaction that it will blow up WT and the FDS doctrine. So even though the Old Men in Brooklyn KNOW that they are WRONG, and we know that from the 1970's it came it to their attention that the destruction of Jerusalim was actually took place the year 587 B.C(Ray Franz, Randy, and others gave to us a testimony of what happened back in the 70's). So in order to keep their control upon their followers(I will say victims) no matter what biblical or historical evidence exists against their teaching, they are stick on their MISTAKE. Instead of following the truth, they keep the big LIE.

  So if in your question if the old men are Sincere Old Men or Deliberate Deceivers my answer is for sure they are DECEIVERS and most off all FALSE PROPHETS and LIERS and SATAN is father of LIE!!!

  how long to baptism?

  i have recently started a bible study, and think that i may like to be baptised.. i was wondering how long does someone have to study before they are baptised?.

  also, i was wondering how many hours do people spend on their mission (door to door).

  i would be thankful for any help, as i am just like many, searching for awnsers.
