Discussion JW suicide count: 5
JW Disfellowshipping suicide count: 2
I think there is a pattern here. Does anyone have the ability to study and gather facts about this?
Please continue the discussion.
there was an occurrence years ago where a jw wrongdoer was disfellowshipped.
in a matter of days this poor victim committed suicide.. would there be any kind of accountability for the victim's suicide death?.
how frequent do these cases happen?.

Well (x3) Mary, we have 2 cases so far. As unfortunate as it might be, any other/more like cases?
Also, answering other questions mentioned above?
i am not sure if this is some kind of abuse, child abuse maybe?.
there is a case where a daughter is being "tormented" (as she describes) by her mother because she is slacking in her spiritual activities.
it has been increasing and she is deeply disturbed by it.

There is a case where a daughter is being "tormented" (as she describes) by her mother because she is slacking in her spiritual activities. It has been increasing and she is deeply disturbed by it. Her mother has been quoting scripture to threaten (severe warning) her of doomed, ruin and condemnation if she doesn't change course (to be as devout as her mother), in addition to actually threaten her of violence.
As a result, the daughter as exhibited exasperration and wishing to leave being JW as soon as she could.
What are the legal issues and/or considerations, if any, involved in this case?
Are there any resources that this poor child could use or resort to, just in case?

righteously "poisoning the well" of watchtower (wt) - nowadays this is a metaphorical expression.
don't take it literally; no violence, no persecution, no stigmatizing.. most are not aware but they have been using this in one form or another.
but using this on wt is difficult because wt is so strong, organized and effective that metaphorically only "spattered poison" reaches the well which by now starts to taste bitter.. for it to be righteous, it has to be truthful, no matter how scandalous.
Hey guys that may just be possible. As soon as I acquire the Ark of Truth (brain washing machine) from Area 51.
It worked against the Ori, then it might just work against mental illness. (just kidding ... )
the watchtower society says "test us against the bible!".
test the inspired expressions.
) we must not believe every spirit, or inspired expression, but we should test the inspired expressions to see whether they originate with god.
As in many "christendom" cases the scriptures have been twisted to their advantage. So I won't bother arguing with JW zealots. It's useless. However, I found out I could use realities reasoning for the benefit of other audience. So that they could see how looney JW zealots are when drawn out of their protective shell.
God's Word, the Bible, draws many meek and sheeplike ones. Unfortunate this does produce downsides, because it can be twisted, misused and used for systemic abuse.
With many successful reasonings Watchtower has used the Bible to reflect truth. However, their deeper reasonings are full of imbalance, flaws and twistings.
The fruits of Watchtower (GB - the few, the proud) speak louder than their words - a lot of rottenness.
When it comes to reality and balance ... what do mentally ill people think? - that they are NOT sick; it's others.
i got my fb recently.
may i join your exjw fb page and groups?
(i'm a little strange ... .

does anyone recall a website in 1999 that has a preaching bag that is perhaps part of the websites banner?.
what ever happened to it?
any stories on this website?.
Actually I was thinking of a JW network like JWN.
1999 was the year (or was it 1998?) that Watchtower edicted that all proliferating/flourishing pro-JW sites close and concentrate on traditional ways and watchtower.org only.
It may be a website that has "witness" phrase. It had a preaching bag logo in its banner page.

What's your story? - Sorry, I can't tell you that.
Lay some groundwork first. - Unfortunately, I'm on a mission. I can't stay long.
Let me get metaphorical here:
I see scattered sheep, but I'm not a shepherd. I'm a helper, I try to fix things. I was passing by while soul-searching. I learnt much and wish to share some ideas before a period of silence.
I have to be my namesake. That's all I could say.
