  I WAS CAUGHT emailing a pdf copy of the New Elders Book

  i sent a .pdf to a few friends and one of them betrayed me and forward it to a elder i know, along with the emails of the recipients.

  i cant believe i was so naive to think that i can trust someone..stupid.

  i have not talked to the "benedict arnold" yet, but hopefully soon.

  this is totally out of my usual realm of posting but i really would like some input, please (may you all have peace!).

  i have supervised many employees over the years and have dealt with all kinds of issues, except this one... although i know it's not uncommon.

  i have a staff member who has the worst halitosis.

  I worked with over 200 people under my supervision. Brotherdan is giving the perfect advice. I had to handle that issue a number of times over the years. Be professional. (but be straightforward and kind)

  Yes!Yes!That's an EXCELLENT explanation. It happened to a friend of mine. It is impossible to tell where it started. Some dirty apostate who got your email address, (maybe from Facebook, ha,ha,ha!) Deny, deny!

  because it's a self fullfilling prophecy!.

  if you keep women couped up and force them to have only limited contact with the outside world they are going to appear sheltered and unlearned.

  therefore when these oppressed women do things that are unlearned or immature all the men go "well they are the weaker vessel.".

  somedays my dad would look at what i still call an older woman, and he'd call her attractive.

  i'd look at him like dude your nuts.

  i'm thinking just cuz your older doesn't mean its wrong to find younger women attractive.

  Ha, ha,ha, ha....(grins) how the heck would you stay married if not?

  I look hot to my hubby even at my age, and he's a pretty handsome rooster himself. I will never see anything but the young man I married in his face. He says that about me too. And I believe him. He thinks young women are pretty, but airheads. Also, he no longer likes women to be too thin. He has decided he likes them with plenty of meat.

  Makes me laugh.

  i just found out that i have breast cancer on thursday (see topic http://www.jehovahs-witness.net/watchtower/medical/190249/1/i-was-in-the-hospital ).

  my sister has breast cancer too.

  she has had it longer than me.

  I was off the board when this first posted. I too wish you the best. I hope things will be okay. I am sorry for your sister. It doesn't sound good. It must be very hard to be dealing with both issues at the same time. Try to stay strong.

  My husband's first exposure to being shunned by family ......

  friday we were in the grocery store shopping .both of us were in a very good mood because our son was coming home for a visit ,and we were planning on some fun activities .

  then around the end of the aisle comes by husbands sister in law ( she is married to his step brother that is an elder) we nearly bump into her literally we are that close ...so i say ," oh hi ***** !

  " she would not even look at us and the expression on her face gave me chills ..pure contempt .

  My husband has always had an issue with the disfellowshipping question, the idea that people who professed to love you can do that.

  That must have been disturbing to your hubby to experience it firsthand.
