i was stunned to see that one of our new posters doesn't believe that the society uses mind control on its members.

i think that the fact that they don't see it is evidence of just how deep the control really goes.

have they never read 1984 by george orwell?

When you were a JW, you didn't believe that either, so I'm not stunned at all. The fact that they actually do is a fact you need to do a bit of studying to be aware of, and new ones here needs their time just as we all did a while back.

I guess a little reading on my own website, on Randy Watters or Osarsif's sites would rather quickly make this new person a but uncertain as to if they do or not.

Fact is, I can't see what you're driving at. Your example of saying "All blacks are dirty, All Mexicans are lazy", etc - is just crap, and you know it.

I've heard some idiots say Religion, and Christianity especcially, is like Nazi- religion. I agree with the ones denying that! The Nazis were newer that bad! After all, they were even christians themselves!

My husband embarrassed me this weekend....

....without even knowing it.. we went to a wedding saturday night and sat next to a close friend who is dating the mother of the groom.. he is white, and the groom's mom is half filipina/half mexican.

he was telling my hubby and me how in love with her he is, but he was worried about overcoming 'cultural' differences.. then my hubby tells him it's no big deal we also had to overcome big cultural differences.

(i think he's gonna say how he grew up poor in the south bronx, i was traveling the world or how he was a college basketball star, i never finished college, or how he's black, i'm 1/4 black and never made any effort to identify with 'black churches' or "naacp" or something.....).

since you have seated yourself in the 'judgment seat', then you are obligated to now carry out the 'law' of that judgment.. if then, tallyman is guilty of the crime for which you judge him, stone him.

otherwise... whatever it is that you have 'against' him, you must forgive him, just as the 'world' has forgiven him... and even much more so.. know, though, that with whatever judgment you are judging... you will be judged.

ANOTHER way jWs will Violate you

yep.. there are a lot of "mary"s in the organization who will not hestitate to violate your most private/confidential/personal information.. a person just asked me if i had an original watchtower which contained an article this person badly wanted... not the bound volume or cd version, but the original... and if i could provide good scans of the article.. once this person explained the situation, i agreed.

a close relative of this person has cancer and went to an oncologist for treatment, and part of the treatment included blood transfusions.

welll, a "mary" secretary who was in the employ of this doctor, recognized this cancer patient as a jw, and seeing that she took blood, felt like she had to violate the confidentiality oath she took when the doctor employed her, and "obey god as ruler rather than men" and promptly made sure the elders became aware of this situation... and needless to say, all hell broke loose.. well, this person is so mad, this person is now on a mission, a campaign, to pass out copies of this watchtower article:.

Well done, Jeff. The more publicity, the better. The only thing I'm really sad about is the fact that I can't see the facial expressions of the assoles in Brooklyn. I'd trade 50% of the rest of my life to see their faces when this stuff blow their asses off!
