  I have to agree with the honored gentleman about women, thoug. In old times they worked from before the sun rose, and to long after sundown. Then you could rely on them to be nice and treat a man like they should.

  Today they have vacuum cleaners, washing-machines, dish-washers, all kind of crap - and women are just like children. If they have too much time on their hands, they start doing the wrong things :))))

  last summer, my colleagues at the university of minnesota published a joint paper with me that started a new field of science known as chronosociobiology, which is a study of social systems over time.

  our first study was done on studying the motivation of jehovahs witnesses for a 50-year period.

  In Norway they get money per head. The tax that Norwegians pay in "Church Tax" is payed back to the ones not in the "Church of Norway" - and it's quite a bit of money when you cheat 6000 persons.

  On the other hand, it's possible to get EXTRA money from the government if you do special work for kids, like the Scouts and stuff. The bloody JWs apply for - and get - such money in most of Norway.

  Has anyone EVER heard of a JW cong having special stuff for children?

  We can name this with one word

  FRAUD!

  2000: - 15 055

  Anyone who have access to the official figures? Do they say the same? Me thinks someone has a real nice little swindle going on :)

  I would say the best you can do is to tell them you're going - but you need to spend some time relaxing - just you and Her ladyship. You need time on your own to talk and relax, and you relly need to be allone this time.

  And then add some "maybe next time" and that kind of stuff. I see your problem.

  Computer/web design question

  posted below is an email i received at work.

  i immediately forwarded it to our web-designer to find out if what this person says is true.

  he replied that it was a scam.

  Your web site claims to be secure, but it is not. When I clicked the
  link for the form, I noticed that the URL did not begin with https, it
  began http. If you were on a secure server, your URL would have to
  begin with https. I then looked at your code and found that it was NOT
  secure.

  I won't try to be a lawyer here, but what the guy said here is actually true.

  A so called secure server uses HTTPS, and not HTTP. If anyone claims a transfer via the HTTP protocol is secure, the guy is a fraud - and if anyone bought a "secure server" where people are supposed to give personal information, these people could get into serious trouble.

  There is other ways of sending encrypted, secure transfers - but then you need to use sertificates and stuff - and I bet your server doesn't do that.

  Don't pay this guy anything - but if you claim to have a secure server, get one - and don't trick people into getting in trouble. It may backfire BADLY!
