okay i could see saying not to use marijuana because it is currently illegal in the us but what if it were legal?
there are lots of health benefits for marijuana.

marriage without affection/sex/touching

some where along the path of life the wt guilt trip was dumped on our marriage and we havent had sex for years.. anyone else?
the hearts and flowers and gifts and doing the cleaning, the house work and paying the daily accounts never being drunk on drugs playing the horses or screwing others yep its all there but nothing coming back due to the wt guilt trip.. they made so much of 'oral sex' and 'pornea' incorrectly quoted at that and ventured thereby into areas they were patently very ill equipped to comment on.

My take on this WT is that the GB has failed to motivate it's members to produce hours. It seems that they are so desparate in using this Bible Illustration as a guilt trip. It was so blown out of proportion to carry that thought.

Once, at work, we had an abusive spouse threaten his wife who was trying to leave him because of his abuse. We had to call 911 about the incident. There was a restraining order against this person too.
Sadly, this happens everwhere. Bullies, abusers, the world is filled with them.
Hope this poor person gets freedom from this abuse.

Lazarus came back to life during his resurrection but was later on invited to be part of the 144K, Heavenly Class. According to the WT teaching, such ones are considered to be, "Sons of God", and must be faithful until death to be part of the Heavenly Resurrection.

New DVD re Jerusalem's destruction, is not allowed to be viewed by the Bethelites

it sure had it's share of blood and violence.
i would imagine that the rating of that dvd would be in the "r" category.. i do remember that when you fill a bethelite application, it states that you you couldn't watch an "r" rated movie.

I do remember that when you fill a Bethelite application, it states that you you couldn't watch an "R" rated movie. The CO even came down heavily on our pioneers who attended a "R" rated movie.
Does this change things, now?

i showed the video to a friend of mine, and shared the sensation that has grown out of it.
he actually had a dream about sparlock writing a letter to jehovah!

Good imagination, Caleb. I can see that in the fact that you are trying to write a letter to Jehovah...Jehovah doesn't have a postal service.
Your letter has a good point about a child's imagination, and all.
Don't put much stock on this animated story. Bugs Bunny, and the Road Runner had some bad lessons on them too.
Recognize that this was just the point of view of the writer and not one of the Creator, who for the sake of explanation could have used magic to create the Universe.
