Of course my post is sposed to be mockery/sarcasm. I have gone a little further in my quest for finding rhyme or reason than Lore. More and more I struggle to find the rhyme or reason to the watchtower org publishing a mag like the awake at all. Why did Jah through holy spirit prod the faithful slave to get into this kind of endeavour. Oh, oh. Just had a thought. Unusual for me, but I just realized I do know what it's about. The original Golden age mag was another money stream and it made gettin the meatier watchtower into the hands of the unsuspecting public. Just place the golden age, and now the awake on top of the watchtower, stick them into the face of the householder whilst featuring an article about - wait for it - the ideal stopper "a cork" and hopefully voila the householder takes both mags and disappears into the house. Two more placements for the record slip and even though the donation aspect was not mentioned like has been featured hundreds of times in numerous service meeting parts the ultimate goal has been achieved, more placements for the record slip. And lest we/I let sarcasm totally overtake us, let us not overlook that someone, sometime has got to read or at least look at the watchtower as well. And even though they have not featured the donation aspect, they will record and then place, out of their pocket, money into the donation box so that heaven forbid the org/mother does not get cheated out of their/her due. And surely out of the millions of mags placed like this, surely one story will emerge for a future mag and or assembly part, of someone "coming into the truth" in just such a way.

It is problematic indeed. Regardless of how god does the replecation, even if just by remembering, it suggests that something never goes away/dies.
