I worked for a gay person and have no problem with gays. [I am not oriented that way myself] but my mother also questioned me as if I had some leaning in that direction. I told her I did not but she kept asking why I would work for some one like that. I told her that they did not bother me and it was none of my business what went on behind some one else bedroom door. and that the people that complained the most about gays should look in the mirror and ask what are the underling causes of their hatred? do they in face have gay tendency? me thinks thou dus protest to much. but it is inherent in the societies thinking and teaching to hate gays especially since they have so many in bethel, I always felt you had to be gay to want to go to bethel, sorry that is being mean to gays and I only intend to smack the society. no offence to the gay community.

the point that elders have no power than what you give them is on the money. I have been saying it for years. thay only have what you give them, glad to see others think the same way. one argument I got into with an elder was over a person in the hall that had mental problems and tried to kill them selves several times. they wanted to have the person meet with elders. and my opinion was how the hell can electricions and carpenters help some one that a doctor should be treating? I got all the same shit the it is not the preson but hova who helps. what a load of shit. they cant even accecpt that hova is a midevil misstranslation of yhwh, loosers these so called elders. most of them are in it for the power they feel over the rank and file. such a bunch of sickafants

when I first got my concealed weapons lic. and norm g. and elder found out. he called a meeting to talk to me about the wrongs of having a firearm especially on a trip. He told me that he would not travel with me if I carried. I told him that since I have never associated with him before I would not be loosing much. and that I would rather have a gun in my hand if needed than his hand. I also once got so up set at and I will use the name. tim schmidt of arcadia cong. a real kiss ass elder for power. he really screwed me around lied to the other elders and slandered me in every way possible. I bought a flat based dildo made of silicone and during thrusday meeting I superglued it to the hood of his car. I did not see it but a buddy of mine said it was the funniest thing that he had ever seen tim pulling on the dildo and it pulled the paint off the hood. I can imagin to this day schmidt pulling on a dildo in his suit outside of the hall.

some one like prince will not be able to be a dubber for many years. as an artist you have a creative personality, you tend to want to push the envelope. like prinze did himself in his early days. In my opinion the problem comes in that you can never be good enough, and after getting called in to an elders meeting several times to be counciled you will get sick and tired of the cult. you can bet one thing the gov, bod. is watching very carfully to see how best to exploit his fame for themselves.

to be in control of my own mind. to think with out feeling guilty, I alway also act extra happy when I see a dubber because as it was posted before, It drives them nuts. my wifes father has not talked to me for over 5 years because he quit general moters and moved to north michigan around 75 because the end of the world is at hand, he had a small body shop in his gradge and bearly made ends meet. he even would take my wifes baby sitting money to help pay the mortgage. and I have focoused on saving and investing even when I was going to the hall. now I am many times better off than he is and it drives him nuts. also he would go around and sat I am never going to die. well he is 66+ years old. and it is stareing him in the face. so it does drive dubbers very nuts because they want their cake and eat it too, but cant. I still have many issues with the dubbers, but I do dwell on it less than I used to. It also helps to vent on this site.

people 30 + years old this will not set so good with. they have given up thair lives for the promise of the end before thay retire. But the children of tomrrow will not see the shifting dates of the past, and will look forward to this new date as writen in stone. the socity will no doubt start increasing thair referal to this new time line, as they always do, start slow and move faster as the lie becomes fact. the only differance from the past is the internet and the education of the people and the acess to info. that we did not have ten years ago. It will be harder and harder for the rank and file to not hit a door that some one throws a list of quotes in front of them. [ What does 1874 mean, what does 1916 mean, what does 1925 mean ect.] I personaly have run away 5 elders with nothing but questions, they are like silvya brown promising to show up at james randis site to have her abilitys tested, 790 days and counting, no show. they all 5 have promised to contact me with answers to my questions and not one has shown. it is a lot easier to just write me off. I take every day they dont show as a victory. all they can do is to bad mouth me behind my back, by thair works you shall know them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Leaving any cult is a very tramatic experiance. and is different for each individual. for me I am still using this forum and other means to self medicate. It has been a long and taxing road but my life over all is much better. if for no other reason than that I can live with out feeling guilty. and I did feel giulty for many years in and out of the jw cult. dubbers are sick people mentaly, and I do not mean that in a degrading way. I and most here were thair. and for one reason or another we found the courage to leave,unless you live in a large metropolatin city it is not easy to leave this cult, In my small town if thair are 80 dubbers in a 30 mile radias that is enough that you see one on your way to work every morning or at the local wal-mart,post office ect. and you all know the look you get, from where did you go wrong to the evil apostate dont look or we will turn to stone, to I am the personal envoy to god and you are scum not worth looking at. but knowing that if I still went I would have to be the yes man to who ever was the hnic at the time. try to reach out to hold a mic. knock on doors of the local populace. laugh at the stupid and we all know what I mean jokes in service. and generally loose some gray matter as that is what we all did to pretend we were so rightus. but now I can plan on a retirement and save for one, think of having kids and send them to collage ect. get a 2 door car and not feel guilty, invest in the stock market, go to R movies, read what I want, use the Internet,smoke a cigar, give my wife a christmas gift, birthdaygift,stick a us flag on my car, use the money for assemblys for vacations that create good memorys,and live with the knowladge that righ wrong or indifrent I am thinking for my self.

i can't remember ever having to attend one when i was a kid.

It is very simple, funerals are looked upon to be a captive audiance to preach with out knocking on doors. I have been to many and thay are all the same. they focus very little on the deceased and very much on the doctrin of the dubbers and how you to can be one;

I personaly do not read romance novels but was very proud of her. It made her happy. the one thing you need to remember about dubber funerals or anything else that the dubbers do is you the individual are not important that is why many many on this and other sites liken the socity to the star trek borg, is it fits so well. you dont think for your self you follow and do what you are told you dont make trouble and you are expendable, and the only thing that is important is the mission of the coloney or org. in this case. it also fits the actions of cults, any way dubber funerals are the most depressing funerals in the world. bar none. any one here or any place else that says diff. is fooling themselves. how could you be uplifted knowing that the end was comming from 1874 but we have learned so much and no it really is close now. you have to have a head full of oat meal.
