  when i was studying and in the org i never did put two and two together becuase first off it was peer pressure and a young baptism age.

  i was indoctrinated as a child so i never got a chance to ever use sound reason and judgement toword the validity of the society's claims.

  but anywho i was thinking the other day about certain things that are obvious red flags and far fetched claims that the org makes.

  I had a friend who was a sgt. at Rudyard state prison in mich. He said that the psyo, dr.s would sat that rapists and child molesters have 0% rehab rate.

  Yep that is correct, and I have asked other head shrinks the same thing, and I got the same answer, they just don't want the public to know that, when you put a rapist or child molester on the street it is not a question of if but when they attack again,

  I have first hand also seen the way they act when one of their own gets accused of rape.

  In arcadia cong. Florida, we had a case where a young 27 yo. bro. was arrested and accused of rape. You should have seen the idiots running to defend him before they even weighed the evidence.

  These stupid morons, accused the woman of being a slut, sleeping around, a bar fly. and anything else they could think of to make her look like a liar.

  The scum rapist was found guilty and sent to prison, the bros form the cong, spent time going to the trial in support of this scum. a couple of years after he was in prison, he was on work detail, when he slipped away and went to a near by home, and raped a woman that was an at home house wife.

  Then to make it even sicker, one of the sisters from the hall, [you know the type that we call 7up, never had it never will] married the scum. we used to say if you wrapped a pair of pants around a phone poll sisters like this would run after it. I do not miss the idiot people that go to the hall, and I am glad I escaped, or I would be brain dead by now.

  It all comes back to the same thing, no matter how you look at it the dubbs have one thing and one thing in their sites, to control the people who are dubbs and get more converts to control,

  my big question and one that not to many know or can in any with any degree of certainty answer, that is, do the gover, boobs work at controlling their people because of misguided belief in their bull shit religion? or do they have a deeper darker reason for controlling people. Money and power?

  I for one believe that weather it is a conscious thought or not, the reason is power and money, they are a much more powerful draw than a myth god. and I know for a fact that this darker side of humanity exists.

  that is the single biggest reason that they never and even today in spite of the "sure it is ok to go to trade school" do not want their people to go to collage, what do you do there? you look at things in several differant ways , and learn to think for your self.

  to those of you who know me, you are aware that i have been fading for over a year now.

  i have a daughter who is 5 and a son who is 2 y. in brief iast year i separated from my husband, left the organisation, met someone else and am now expecting with my new partner.. well i have had the usual ups and downs with my jw family.

  Its not about love of others, its about control of the people that stay.

  If you dont stay they could give a shit about you or your family, the main concern is that they keep the people that are there on the edge of their seat and in fear of the end of the world, in the long run you are better off.

  I have a brother that moved 1000 miles away and has never been happier. now that the dubbers that do come to his door he can accost with the 607 bce and other flaws with out them knowing he is a baptized exdubber.

  i lived thru the 1975 fiasco.

  many here did too.. on another board there was discussion about the way the congregations were before 1975. some thought that they were like small country churches in some ways.

  we did our own work on repairs at the kingdom hall, like a family.

  I will never forget, all the talk, and most of it pushed by the socity, although they put the blame on the rank and file later on.

  there were so many familys that quit their jobs down state, and came up north to get away from the collapsing citys, with just enough money to get them to 76.

  my father in law, quit general moters, came north, the guardners, nielsons, hollwells,irvins, and many many more familys, kundes, ect. all came north to sit and wait till 75 came and ended the world, when 76 came, 77,78,79, most had to rethink their situation and go to work, many left and got work in other states.

  the socity pushed the idea of the end in 75, on a group alread and willing to gobble up any time set, implied or other wise, then to shit on them after the fact with, the rank and file were to quick to jump ahead of the socity and say 75 was the time of the end. yah right,, like old shit for brains freedie franze did not push this idea in every piece of crap they printed,

  so many lives have been screwed up by the socity it is not funny, you know the socity would not stand a snowballs chance in hell if they relied of older people that have seen the crap they spewed over the years. they live on the young mush for brains kids that mom and dad said this is true so it must be true.

  It is very hard to say that what you were taught as a child was wrong. but that is what you must do.

  I will never forget setting in the assembly hall in holt, and they had a skit with 2 young bros, the first said to the other ,"I am going to collage when we are out of school this year" the other goes "I am taking a part time job shoveling potatos and pionering" [no crap, he said shoveling potatos] then the kid going to collage said " you know I should rethink my going to collage, maybe I should get a part time job and pioner" then they kissed and ran off stage. just kidding about the kissing part. I just think they were gay, not that there is anything wrong with being, gay,.

  unless you admited it, you can just say you rented a room to non dubber person and they decorated the place. tell them you sold your home [if you own it] and that the new owners to be came and decorated it, did they see the inside, or just the wreath on the door. and lights on the outside? come up with some reason it was not you that did it. if you admited that you did. its all over before you go give it up. and dont go, you are just wasting your time. you have one way you can delay the inevitable. call them just before your meeting and tell them you are sick and have to go to the dr. or a relitive is sick, some excuse, and post pone the meeting, you can only do this once or twice, then they will just have the meeting with out you, then when you cant do the patomic two step any more you tell them to kiss you big fat ass, not saying you have a fat ass,

  upon arriving i ran into lots of old friends and really enjoyed seeing everyone and visiting.

  they dont know that im currently struggling with doubts about the organization and they think that im the same old zealous brother.

  i couldnt help but feel a sence of guilt visiting with them about our current number of publishers and how many we had pioneering ect.

  I think it goes in cycles, when the socity makes time predictions then they fail, many leave. I can still remember how many quit their jobs, in 73 74 and moved north, [michigan] out of the city, when 76 came around and the money started to run out. many started to wander away from the cult.

  the next big lie to surface was the 95 generation, many eat this crap up and say mmmmm can I have more. but some quietly left the org.

  now the socity is in a rock and hard place. they are trying to learn form the wrong time predictions of the past but have to keep the rank and file on the edge of their seats. very hard roe to hoe. how long will it last? like P.T. said there is one born every min. most children born to jw parents are surly gong to be suckers.
