by nowwhat? in"good day citizen!, we see many people today are concerned that their denari just does'nt go as far as it used to at the market place.
this scroll gives us a hope for the future.

In the first century he only way spread any news to the population was to transmit in person. So if you wanted the whole neighbourhood to know something you had to go to their door or to a public meeting place to deliver your message. Today we have the press, radio, TV, the internet...why do JWs still believe door to door preaching is the most efficient way to spread the news is beyond me. I remember being in the territory for a whole day and only speaking to a few people because everyone else were at work and away from home...

When I was on my way out I remember looking at the readers' schedule to see what was the study article I was assigned to read...and a few times I switched with another reader because there was no way I could go through with reading something that I wouldn't agree with. I am not very good at keeping a straight face and I am sure everyone would see right through me. One or twice I couldn't switch and my heart started pounding as I stood up to read the paragraphs that contained the b.s. information. I swore to myself I would not ever go through this again.

Usually Bethel draw their Intel from the CO's reports that are filed after they visit with the congregations. He reports what he learned from his meeting with the elders and the issues they had to deal with since his last visit.

What really happened in 1935?
by justmom inso many of us that were born and raised inside the wtbs remember either reading or studying about the history of the organization in the proclaimers book.. and how in 1935 this so- called new light they announced when they taught about a " a great multitude" coming in, it was then they separated the two classes of sheep that prior to this were one.. because many were coming in and partaking and the number was growing beyond what they had tried to teach as to the remnant and the number decreasing..... they did not know what to do with the increase!.
so, instead of following christs command that " anyone can eat of his body, the true manna and bread from heaven and drink his blood, the true drink and have life within themselves ( holy spirit to anyone not just 144,000) john 6: 48-59.... and that this great crowd can also be in this covenant and benefit from it all... ephesians 2:11-22 1 corinthians 10:1-4 revelation 7:9 &19:1. instead..... " they shut up the kingdom of the heavens before men, they themselves do not go in ( or even want to) and do not permit those on their way in to go either.
" matthew 23:13. .

The encouragement was for me Grace...your are such a nice woman that I can no longer call you Mouthy. By the way, I like your definition of "young"...I am a grand-father twice! But then again I am young at heart and the happiest I've ever been since I broke free 3 years ago.

A few months ago I found out Mouthy lived a short drive away from where I live and we communicated by PM. So this morning I called her and was able to meet with her for coffee. What a pleasure it was to finally meet her. It was the first time I spoke face to face with someone who escaped from the WT cult and I felt very comfortable opening up to her. I felt inner peace following our conversation. Mouthy has genuine and unconditional love for everyone, including some of her
children and grandchildren who will have nothing to do with her... how sad. Although she still is an ardent believer in Christ, she understood why at this time in my life I don't believe in anything. I found out that I one time we both went to the same Kingdom Hall but in different congregations and that we knew some of the same people. After we parted I felt inner peace and happiness to have met someone who has experienced the same challenges I have been dealing with during the last few years. Thank you
Grace for being Mouthy on JWN and kindly helping so many.

This WT book allows one raised as a JW to do a critical review of the religion and elders can't go against it.
by EndofMysteries ini love this gem, it was taken off the jw.org website, it seems only material after 1990 is up now, but it's here, http://www.scribd.com/doc/5472988/the-time-for-true-submission-to-god .
page 6, "the need to search for the truth".
says this....and i couldn't agree with it more!
