Sometimes it's just a little thing that start a thought change. My mother started to doubt when she saw the subliminal pictures in the litter-a-turd. To the SI it's just a curiosity, just like Sparlock but these little things could bring a ignition to the fire of doubt.

Paradise earth doctrine - did it strike anyone else as a bit odd?
by sseveninches ini have neglected to read jwfacts.org since discovering jwn a few weeks ago (remnants of the "apostate" defenses in action), but recently i decided to dive head first into it, and it has been eye-opening.
of course, some of the information i already knew through reading jwn, but one of the pages that really got my attention was the paradise earth topic under "questionable doctrine".. paradise earth caught my eye because way before i started having doubts about jw doctrine, i have always been asking questions about the topic - not to raise doubts (since i didn't have any back then), but just for my personal understanding, and to see how plausible it could be.

The great great gap in this doctrine it's about the animals. Will they have everlasting life too? And about the insects?
Another gap it's about the death itself. As death being eliminated automatically every living being would be immortal. Are there death levels or "classes" too? Are the bible making a reference just to the adamic death?

Did you go out door to door after you knew you were finished.

Here in Brazil the murder from the Rio de Janeiro school shooting (the first case of this kind in Brazil) was a JW too. Her mother was a baptized JW and he attended the kigdom hall, his brother said in a interview he (the killer) was a JW.
