  i'm reading here almost every day (kind of adicted i think).

  but due to the fact, that my english isn't very good, i abstain from commenting most of the time.. nevertheless i'd like to share some thoughts with you.. .

  when i learned the tatt over a year ago i quickly became an atheist.

  Well, the atheism itself does not exclude life after death. The atheism is related to sobrenatural beings, etc.

  The materialism it's the right domain about life and death.

  But in pratical terms every atheist is a materialist, so the result is the same.

  I like to think like the buddhist philosophy about finding the equilibrium between opposite extremes.

  In this life and death issue we have two main extremes the eternalism and anihililation.

  I have no idea what would be the middle way between these extremes.

  But I like to think about it when I'm worried about death.

  The most ironic thing is you never know the exact moment of your death, it's like to try to know the very moment of your daily sleep. Virtually there's no difference about one person getting to sleep and one diyng.

  Simply put: the death in a first person perspective does not exist.

  I think we could have a much longer lifespan, that would decrease our worries about death. But a longer lifespan it's not impossible and will be the science that will bring it to us in a near future.

  But in a way or another we will start to get nuts in a longer lifespan. Our natural selected mind would not achieve to deal with a long life about 3 hundred years for example.

  All in all death would be a last mystery of life and we would crave for it.

  I have a spooky relation with death, sometimes it scared me but sometimes it fascinates me with it's mystery and my endless curiosity.

  after reading coc and isocf i cried, i was in shock, disillusioned, angry, and afraid... anyone wants to share their experience?.

  i would like to see what you think about these questions when compared with your account.. why people from different backgrounds feel similar reactions?

  (cannot be a conpiracy).

  I did not lose faith in the Bible and Jehovah and all the crap stuff after reading the Ray's books. I realize the BS after finally reading and studying the very bible.

  I felt angry, nausea, and some kind of hope towards my future. But the first and main feeling was pure angry, I punched the table many times while reading it. How fool I was believing all the WT crap!

  The book made me research deeply in the bible.

  I was a kind of an independent christian afterwhile (short time, less than 6 months), but when you honestly read the bible the only logic decision is to throw it into garbage.

  But I still like to study some academic issues about the bible and it's translation and historical background.

  I gave up the bible by parts. First was the entire OT, after was the revelation book, after was the Paul's letters, and finally was the gospels.

  We are not quantum creatures.

  We do not live in a quantum scale and we were not created.

  We are evolved beings (living in the metric scale) who (maybe) use some quantum properties in our senses.

  Paul existed as Andre exists in the WT.

  Seriously, what character in the bible exist outside it? People if existed and done all the supposed things would be praised by independent writers.

  But from the bible the only existence is the silence from the outsiders.

  i've raised this idea before but recent events seem to support it.

  changes in the watchtower may be guided by more than a need for cash flow: they may simply be liquidating/shutting it down as discreetly as possible.. of course, this doesn't mean they stop working on their upstate ny country club - but it could mean that the throrough going exposure and disproof of their beliefs on the internet, when it emerged, took many of them by surprize, as it did many of us!

  after awhile, they generally gave up trying to make any sense of their doctrines - and coupled with cash flow issues - moved towards a quiet retreat.. take a look at a few things:.
