first i am an ex pioneer of 2-3years ago and an ex elder of 9 months ago stepping down 12 months ago and stopped commenting for about 11 months.
prior to my enlightenment/awakening i was very active and an elder that spread the love to the congragation.. their has been very little shepparding by the elders witch im glad about, however 2 month goning on 3 i'v put 0 hours in service and reported 0. the memorial is comming up.
im expecting someone or sometwo to talk with me.

i noticed this artcle http://www.soundwitness.org/jw/kit_part1.htm and i've found when i asked witnesses about it some never heard of it and other's had heard of it but didn't have one and didn't know if they were still in print and one got all weird and suspicious saying "well what do you want it for?".
when i called the watchtower and asked if it was still in print the guy had to put me on hold and look it up somewhere, he didn't know off the top of his head.

an older man on the elder body i was on, once said at an elders meeting, just prior to a co visit:.
"brothers we want to be careful not to bring up any dirty laundry with bro...co when he comes to visit" i didn't say anything at the time because i was duly doing my duty as a non thinking jw or at least non speaking and i also knew i was outnumbered.. even though i put this in quotes, i really don't remember exactly what he said but the general idea is there.. so the question is, has anyone else had a similar experience?.

In all my years I only met a couple of 'nice' CO's. The rest were very arrogant power trippers.
Our CoBE would do all the 'boasting' to the CO as our CoBR also did CO work. So you can imagine our CoBE was also a power tripper who had his favourite suck ups with him. I was not a suck up Elder.........always the rebel!!
Our CoBE was a very sneering person who enjoyed belittling people from the platform. At the time I decided to 'wait on Jehovah'...............big mistake................'Jehovah' is just the 'brand name' for a watchtower product and isn't god at all!!
So in answer to the question........I was never told to keep 'schtumn' as our overbearing CoBE dealt with everything.
"paranormal activity", "the ninth gate", "the orphanage", "1408", and "the others" are a few i like to get the ball rolling..
