Brummie,
I just read the quote and your commentary. I agree with you. That stuff is the biggest nonsense that was ever written - not yours; theirs. I will get back later to elaborate, but it is late, and I have to go to bed.

The Feminization of Boys..is it acceptable?
by Brummie innothing to do with jws but i thought it interesting anyway: .
the feminization of boysafter viewing 20/20's piece entitled, "a gender straitjacket", i have come to the conclusion that the mass leftist media needs a "sensitivity muzzle" when it comes to the feminization of the male gender.
a 15 minutes segment, filled with a quack named william pollack, telling me that 2 year old boys who paint their nails and play with barbie dolls is a normal thing, was more than my paunch could handle.

I have three children, all grown up, a boy and two daughters. We didn't try to do anything special. When thery were tiny tots my wife changed their diapers. As they got older we just provided food, clothing and shelter and holidays, since we had left the relgion long before they could remember it. So anyway, they did not have any gender identity crisis, they just grew up and went on with their lives, much like my wife and I had done in the generation before them.
Now, even though I can come on strong here at Simon's place, I can also have a gentle demeanor. So can my son. It is genetic, but it certainly does not make either of us pussies. -

Will America Ever Be Able To Beat England?
by Englishman init seems that americans are keen to get amongst the big boys when it comes to soccer skills as can be seen from the embedded page futher down this post.. however, i have a sneaky feeling that americans might well be lacking in the genetic skills department when it comes to actually understanding the finer points of the noble art of soccer, let alone having any natural aptitude for the game.
this is a an excerpt from a book by bill bryson, a very popular american author who keeps us brits amused for hours with his experiences of living in england.this is bill's account of his first ever attempt to play soccer:.
"i had watched football (soccer) on tv and i thought i had a fair idea of what was required, so when one of the team lofted a ball in my direction, i decided to flick it casually into the net with my head, the way i had seen kevin keegan do it.

Bigboi,
I agree with you on this one. Soccer is the most boring game I have ever seen. I would rather sit in my yard and watch a tree grow than watch a soccer match. Yuck!
OK, UK guys, I forgot another sport that you are medioce at, and that is golf, even though it started in the UK. -

i thought the older ones would enjoy the memories, and the younger might enjoy hearing about the strange and simple times of their elders.

A question for Sword of Jah
by AwakenedAndFree indear sword of jah, .
please explain to me this watchtower doctrine, which still stands today as a revealed truth from the faithful and discreet slave class revealed in 1935 still taught today: .
judge rutherford, representing the watchtower society announced in 1935 in a convention that the doors to heaven were shut down in 1935, and the gathering of the annointed class was accomplished in 1935. .

SOJ,
To attempt to interprete prophecy, and when said prochecy will be fulfilled is the same thing as making a prophecy. So if the WT says that a certain set of scriptures will be fulfilled at a certain date, then that is, in fact, a prophecy.
You, like your spiritual leaders, weazel words to explain all of the major errors that have been made.
I asked a number of questions to you earlier, so I will only bring up one. What is the scriptural and Biblical and Jehovah's Witness interpretation and meaning of the mansion, known as Beth Sarim and the nearby mansion of Beth Shan? -

My first vote is for me as top American.
My second vote is for the Wright Brothers. They had a real good bicycle shop, and they invented the wind tunnel, among other things. -

The greatest story ever told? The story of my life, at least to me it is, but I haven't told it yet.

I first starting using Larc when my wife and I first went to restaurants that had the National Trivia Network, NTN. I first used my real name, which is Carl, but my wife thought I should use a name with a little more zip, so I changed it to Larc.
I remember one time, we were playing trivia at a restaurant, and I used the name, YHWH. I felt a little blastphemous for doing so. At any rate, there was a woman there who was a very good player. She wanted to know who Jehovah was in the audience. I talked to her and she was not a Witness. She was very knowledgeable, obviously.
