A surprise in my Christmas tree

we cut a christmas tree this afternoon at a u-cut lot about one hundred miles from home.

we were on our way home from my mother-in-law's house and thought we'd start a new tradition.

we had ideas of tromping through the woods with the kids looking for the perfect tree.

That is so cool Princess. The perfect ornament, I'd highlight that nest as best you can. Maybe run a light inside of it. Our Christmas tree lives much closer to home as we live up in the mountains. One day this week we are going to take a hike out back and find it.

After 3 years we are both wondering how those elders are going to feel when they drive past our home this Christmas and see the lights. We've decided we could care less about getting DFed, it means as much to us now as if we got DFed from the Taliban.

Well at least I've gotten rid of the name JW4fr, but I know this geek will return with a new profile. Too bad we can't see his ISP number so we can bust his butt again.

What's the deal with guys like this? I mean he must have no friends in his congregation to be spending time in this place. Is he so ugly he isn't allowed to go door to door so he has to "witness" in here. Nice job of it too, I mean his idea of a witness is to call everyone names and act the fool.

But I appreciate his type coming around, keeps me firm in my resolve to stay away.

The FDS and JWs

a question that has haunted all of jws is that; if the society is not the fds, then who is?

this is not only a question, but it is also an answer, an answer that most all jws would respond when someone points to them some of the society's problematic teachings or behaviour.. this topic has been dealt with on a number of occasions on this board and on others with very sound arguments that refuted the society's interpretation and application of jesus' parable.. while i was doing few chores at home this afternoon, i wondered on a couple of thoughts on this subject:.

a faithful and discreet slave will feed the sheep only what christ had been feeding them himself.

Well in regards to the FDS, my thought is simple as usual. Would Jehovah appoint a FDS that would act as a prophet that would blow it on every single prophecy? Then blame the mistakes on "new light" and follow that up with eventually telling us that they are certainly prophets, but not in the traditional sense, they are prophets only in the sense that they are "teachers".

yeah right, I've always thought of all my teachers as prophets

Too bad I'm going to ruin your shot as a MS. But here's the deal, you would have made a wonderful MS. You are capable of lying, yet capable of calling everyone else a liar. Are you going to stay away from this site? If so I'll hold your letter. If you are going to stay AND quit the name calling, I'll hold the letter. But if you are going to stick around and keep the same old crap up, you are finished.

I don't have to find you by your name. When your name is submitted to borg headquarters to be a MS, your name will be on the list litte boy. A list of fake witnesses who are living a double life like you. I have the entire transcript saved from chat the other night to send along with your name. Trust me silly boy. You'll be discovered. I suggest going to your elders now, telling them all your sins and begging them for forgiveness. Then, in another 6 months or so you'll be the shining example of someone who's repented and is on that narrow path to paradise.

Or, you can fake it, get exposed and you'll never be a MS.

I'm A Sinner Now

i went to my very first christmas party since i got stupid and got baptised a few years ago.

i wasn't sure what to expect, after all these pagans are capable of anything, right?

sooo i put on clean underware, just in case nudity or sex was involved.

my wife and i just got home from a christmas party.

before the party i took a shower and washed my long hair and trimmed my beard a bit.

we then went to the christmas party that was being held by my friend ken and his partner steve.

Well you did beat me. I did go to a Christmas party tonight, only one lesbian couple was there though. I did sing happy birthday though to one lady. Not so sure about that oral thing though. I hear it causes horrible breath.
