  Time travel- if you could...would you?

  i was recently looking at a picture that showed my city almost a hundred years ago.

  i started trying to imagine the scene, but in color, and what it would have been like.. they say if time travel was possible, you must be careful, for what you do could alter the future.. though i know it is not possible, i think it would be fantastic to do so.. so, would you do it if you could?

  what time era would you go to?.

  I'd head for the future myself. That's what I'm interested in. I'd love to explore new planets. Or check out the ruins of this one.

  While todays nukes are supposedly not nearly as dirty as the old ones I'm not comfortable with those things going off. But there has been more damage done in Russia when they lost a nuclear reactor than if we nuked the hell out of Iraq. Still I agree that less is better and none is better than less.

  Personally if past performance is an indicator then at the first sound of gunfire those sharp troops of Saddem are going to be running out of their bunkers waving white flags. I wouldn't be surprised if they coming running out if somone in the bunker cuts a little cheese. Well I would.

  did you ever come in conflict with someone on this forum?

  sometimes, nomatter what you say, you know that someone will say just the opposite of what you are saying.

  ok everybody has a right to their opinion, but do you feel as if some go out of their way to say just the opposite of what you said?.

  Can a person spend a long time on this forum, and never be criticized?

  Billygoat comes to mind. I'm sure there are others but Andi is one person that I believe has never been criticized.

  When I first came on here Englishman and I butted heads on a regular basis. I think it was mostly over my not caring for outsiders bashing the US. We do enough of that on our own. But we both grew weary of disagreeing and it's been a long time since we have done any of that.

  I think one of the main reasons I haven't had sex with a woman is that I was JW and didn't get any chance to do any experimenting.

  That one almost got me to go back out in service. They let DAed old horny guys go out in service don't they?

  What Now?

  i gave my best friend crisis of conscience two weeks ago and she said she probably won't read it.

  i hardly have had any contact over the past month because i was fired from where we work.

  with every day that passes i worry more and more.

  this posess a seriouse problem to some youngsters within the congregations,are the elders and magazines to controlling ?????.

  ayoung couple started married life of ,without the big bang, yes ladies the husband never knew where to put it ,even three months after his wedding night he still hadnot cosumated the wedding,eventualy after 18 months the wife runs of with a worldly man, .

  are the youngsters getting married to quick / to soon.. does this show to the effect of mind control over some people ,that they are bombarded with negative all through there lives as j.w.. this is just the tip of the pencil how else are people affected by the magazines and elders,.

  At age 14 without help of any porn, experience or advice myself and Mary Jane were able to figure out exactly what went where during our first effort.

  Blame the dubs for lots of things. This isn't one of them.

  Hubby passed away this morning...

  i want to thank all those that helped and encouraged me in my hard times!..hubby passed away from his cancer this morning.

  i am so sad my heart is broken.

  we decided to go ahead and have a memorial for him this weekend at the kingdom hall he went to.
