  writing on a topic and writing an essay: are they the same thing?

  i suspect that ranging too wide on a topic is an error to avoid in this medium.. earlier, while examining issues drawing from genesis, hebrews and court testimony of frederick franz in scotland in 1954, i came across a statement that only very slowly sank in.

  as background on the jehovah's witnesses for the walsh petition case for exemption from government service, it was stated in the strachan vs. walsh testimony that the line of witnesses was unbroken from the time of abel.

  once upon a time, there was a military commander named fabius maximus (the name sounds silly, i know, like gluteous maximus).

  WERE YOU ONCE ASSOCIATED WITH JEHOVAH'S ORGANIZATION - WT 1/15/88, PAGES 22-23:

  Did You Disagree With a Teaching?

  It may be that you left Jehovah’s organization because you had a different understanding of some Scriptural point. Just as the Israelites rescued from Egypt quickly “forgot [God’s] works” on their behalf and “did not wait for his counsel,” you may hastily have concluded that since the organization did not espouse the viewpoint you considered correct, you would sever ties with it. (Psalm 106:13) Perhaps the point has since been clarified, either being changed or established by further Scriptural research under the direction of God’s spirit. Would it not have been better just to have stayed with the organization, waiting on Jehovah?

  this is true wealth.

  so many people have departed from the christian faith because of love for money, whether it be paper money, gold and silver, real estate, et cetera.

  i know the truth/troof is not all it is cracked up to be but i have been a little bit of a rebel all my life and so rebelled.. .

  I did want a gf and sex, but not necessarily a crazy, debauch life either. You have to be smart about your life, not squander it. Excess is bad in most contexts.

  I am an intellectual rebel. I can't stomach their rationale. I want the freedom to say what I really think and feel. Not what they, the Bible, or anyone else tells me to say.
