  is it my imagination /lord of the rings

  just read lord of the rings it was a great book..but bit reminded me of the bible...am i bible obbsessed?

  yikes!! and i though i was imagining it .
  this is new to me ...think ill get the Silmarillian, just bought the hobbit. its an addictive story.

  ....and many have compared the character Gandalf to Jesus. In some of his notes published
  after Tolkien's death, there is speculation that Gandalf is really the incarnation of the demigod Manwe, the foremost son of Illuvatar (also known in LOTR as "The One" and "God").

  both ideas work really as for a catholic as they belive that god and jesus are the same person.one a sort of incarnation of the other
  i dont see how tom bombadil gets to be malkizerdek.

  who did sauraman represent?........the anti christ? mmmmm

  Will you be alone on Valentines Day?

  i just happened to glance a the date as i was posting 2-13-02. one day before valentines day.

  i realized that i don't have a valentine.

  i subscribe to the idea that it is better to be alone and wish you were with someone than be with someone and wish you were alone.

  i feel a little guilty

  today i saw a jw in the middle of the city handing out awake!s.. and i sid nothing to her i know that if i said anything to her that i would have been there all day or at least before she thought that i was fron the devil and started to shun me.. have you ever felt guilty about not telling a jw that they should research what they believe that it may not be what it seems.. for passing up a chance to probally save a life in a way.. .

  i did this also because.. believe it or not.. i cant believe i am going to say this.. i am not 100% sure that watchtower is not gods organisation.. [i feel this obgligation to listen to them so i cant shut them out all together].

  to you this may seem very insane after spending time here .

  what you say jerome is what i feel a bit, im not in a position to tell other JWs there wrong cause i havent read enough yet to do that, but i have got doubts about them now.at the same time ive got this fear of making mistake. i hate being wrong and feel that im throwing all the good stuff thy gave me in their faces( there has ben good stuff). i feel basically like traitor.today i had a meeting with an oversear he was sooo nice i felt soooo bad.

  your trying to do the right thing and make the right choice , mostly we makes mistakes and learn from them , thats a tall order especially with the emotions going on, but theres one thing someone here convinced me off.....jehovah wouldnt condem you for looking for the truth of this matter, after all doesnt the bible teach he is the god of truth.truth doesnt need to aoided if its the truth so give your self time and be kinder to your slef.

  i'm not really sure if i have the right to spectulate about this or if i'm just being paranoid.

  but why does it seem that some of the posts lately are being made by--false prophets??

  it seems to be an odd similiarity to some of the posters and it's just been "urking" me lately.

  hey jerome. im an x lurker and a newbei / a troll and apparently i'm also anyone else that they dont like or think it a troll. you may be accused of being me next lo dont be surprised or phone your doctor you not going mad other ppl just think your 3 posters in one, sort of like the trinity ;) .i suspect alot of newbies/trolls probadly gave up and left this place eventually cause they gave up justifying their posts and their exsistance. which is sad cause they need it as much as any other person.just think of it as joining an alternate WTS same type of thing without god talking to the click.unless someone has had devnie mesages poniting oiut us trolls.then im afriad we may be done for.
  power to the newbies/trolls may they stick it out and ignore the twits in the world.

  VERY interesting (April 1, 2002 WT, p.19)

  this statement is prety interesting.

  it's taken from the very latest watchtower article (april 1, 2002) the final sentence of paragraph 14 reads:.

  "if jehovah's organization knowingly endorsed false teachings, advice to read the bible would never be given to jehovah's witnesses and those to whom they preach.".

  after listening/reading to psycho...er, um, ehhh...ciro's blah blah blah.....something clicked in my head.. i'll be upfront and admit that these questions may be "reaching" for something.

  but, considering a possibility, had the wtbts intentionally joined the u.n. as an ngo, to provoke a anti-jw stance from the u.n.?.

  consider the questions that are floating in my skull.

  there was no financial gain only the use of the library.ask the un and it wasnt the un who revealed this ngo thing it was xJWS
