  this is a question for those who know - i had a discussion about failed 1975 with jw and been told that wt never announced the year as the date of armagedon and that i will not be able to find it in any wt publications.

  i dont have the publications and can't check it myself.

  can anybody who have been in the organisation long enough or studied this question help me with it.

  i am new here, non jw and never been.. i have a question - in the situation when jw is inactive for a while and decides to go back to organisation what is it like?

  how are they accepted back?

  what do they do at the meetings?

  i've been visiting this forum for quite awhile now, reading as much as i can about others in situations similar to mine.

  i've learned alot but i think i am ready to share and will really appreciate whatever advice/thoughts anyone has to offer.. i'm a "wordly" gal (non-demoninational christian) and have been dating a jw for a year.

  he has been a witness for about 34 yrs but has been inactive the past two due to the way he and his ex were treated when she was df'd for cheating/alcoholism.
