  Is Tiger Woods career over ???

  i've been rather shocked to read lately how so many people in the world of golf are predicting tiger's days as a champion are done.. with 4 surgeries on his left knee and a problem with his achilles tendon, he tried to play at this week's tournament event (the players) and had to quit after 9 holes shooting a 43 (worst of all players).

  and this was after a 1 month rest since he hasn't played since early april.. he even mentioned that he cannot walk properly now with so much pain and weakness in his left leg.

  and the amazing amount of torque that he puts on his left side when swinging the club just makes it worse.. many are quietly speculating that tiger may be forced to retire.. rub a dub .

  You did the right thing. I hope others get to read your experience. The eldership arrangement is such a joke, young inexperience kids making decisions for older people.

  What they DON'T tell you

  hey everybody, i'm in the middle of an ongoing debate w/some jws and they are asserting that everyone knows what they're getting into when they are studying and getting baptized and that nobody forces anyone to become a jw and that you can leave anytime you want.

  ok, we know that's not true.

  how would you counter that argument?

  two days ago!!!

  a man i knew in england.his wife was a jw he wasnt.... i knew she had ran off with the elder..1999..was df so was the elder.. they were then reinstated -she divorced alan #1 !!!!

  What was your emotional reaction when you were x-communicated? Where you devastaed? Where you joyful? I ask this question because I went through this experience a few times. My last experience was a joyful one, I had been illuminated and I haven't regretted it since. They did me a favor.

  Lack of true friends as a Witness

  it was kind of a sad realization i had the other day that as a witness you are conditioned to not have friends.

  i realize that most of this fact is related to my own stupidity and arrogance.

  when i was in my teenage years i had a great group of friends that i ran around with.

  The gas price in Montreal this morning is $147.9 a litre. This price will fluctuate, it will go down and then make an increase, it's a trend.
