i was always the type to shun tattoo wearers (pre awakening) BUT i got one less than a year ago....and im HOOKED! GET YOUR TAT ON! If this wasn't a public post I would show mine off!!! I think it KICKS ASS!

What happened immediately after your Judicial Committee was over?

whenever i went to my judicial committee (over 3 years ago), the elders opened with a prayer for jehbooboo's guidance.

then they followed up with their loyalty question, "do you believe in the faithful and discreet slave?".

of course i answered "no", and shortly thereafter i handed over my disassociation letter.

My oldest brother was DF'd years ago, they said to him, "we are disfellowshipping you" stood up, turned their backs on him until he left.

I told him that would have been a good time to have a baseball bat. VERY VERY ODD!!

Once they lying and manipulation is exposed, then the world court of public opinion and governments will step in on OUR side. REMEMBER, all the places where JW's are persecuted or restricted or like in Russia, once were allowed but NO MORE?

This is the result of governments stepping in to protect the rights of individuals. I would love to send a congratulatory letter stating our support of the WT ban and harassment in Russia. THANK them for protecting it's citizens from the harmful effects of the cult!

We need to show the world how the WT lies to hide how manipulative and controlling they are.

For example, if a newly interested one asked if they were required to follow every dictate and doctrine the WT puts out, and if the doctrine changes, are they required to accept it?

ALL JW's to the highest levels would say NO! OF COURSE NOT!

And if they don't accept, are they allowed to walk away without reprocussion, every JW to the highest levels would say YES! Anyone is FREE to do as they wish without reprocussion!

BUT a recorded JC with the accused telling the elders they don't buy all the doctrines and teachings of the WT highlighting changes, and seeing the end result of DF-ing would be a powerful tool in swaying unsuspecting ones to staw the HELL away!

Resigned being an elder

i am new here and this is my first post although i have lurked here for a couple years.

i started having doubts about the org back then and my curiosity overcame my fear of so-called apostate websites so here i am.

i just resigned being an elder 2 weeks ago.

I want to say congrats and well done, but two things concern me. Based on my quitting as a servant I think you become a target of suspicion way more easily. So bad for you. Also what bothers me is the org begging for men to reach out has netted some pretty young new meat to fill positions that are vacated. Last weekends assembly a young guy looking all of 17 was introduced as an elder. It was all the control I could muster to not say holy shit! Out loud. Wish you all my best in your exit

I DON'T THINK THE ISSUE IS TO BE RIGHT OR SWAY THE JC ELDERS THINKING. HERE IS THE ISSUE: RECORD THE PROCEEDINGS AND ASK ENOUGH QUESTIONS AND THE RIGHT QUESTIONS TO EXPOSE THE WT / MIND CONTROL / DOCTRINES / PRACTICES SO IT IS AVAILABLE FOR THE WORLD TO SEE.. REMEMBER DURING THE NAZI REGIME THOSE UNDER HITLER FOLLOWED ORDERS AND LATER WERE PROSECUTED FOR WAR CRIMES. THIS IS HOW WE WANT THE WT TO FALL. WITH LOTS OF ATTENTION AND NOTORIETY.

YES! A manual of sorts..I want to work on that. My line of questions will start with "on who's behalf are you taking this action"? WTBTS or the corporation that identifies your local congregation. "Are any of you brothers represented by legal council"? "Do any of you brothers carry insurance to cover lawsuits due to acts of defamation or violation of civil rights"? "Do you brothers have certifications or licensing that lawfully allow you to deal with mentally diseased individuals or with other health problems affecting their mental health"?

I could keep going but I just revealed some of my starter questions formy JC manual.

@RayP.....Go for you! A suggestion is to research all the threads on here about this topic, then compose it, and get everyone's feedback on here and then keep improving it. It could potentially benefit hundreds or even thousands that need it.

I just "outed" myself to two elders last week, but i have a strategy in place to stop their proceeding with a JC.

I have just a FEW friends I regularily associate with who I don't want to be cut off from. Family too.

I am going to try out my list of compelling questions that I am sure will stop the JC process in it's tracks.

Put elders on the complete defensive and get them reeling in wonder whether they really have the right to meet with me.

If it goes as planned I'm planning on producing a "manual" for others to use to defend against the JC process.
