by this, given that neither man nor beast has a spirit, but that they do possess souls (or "intelligences" unique to themselves).
where this intelligence resides between death and resurrection is more than a passing interest, but again, assuming that yehweh can recreate one's distict soul, does the society believe that animals have souls?
I don't believe animals will have resurrection. Have you ever thought how many chickens are killed for KFC arround the world? Just kidding, but think about what is required for resurrection.

I always thought of this Bible text and wonder if literally at death our soul continues to exist in a state of inanimation or asleep , and only God is who deside which of them will be destroyed. Another thing I think is why Jesus himself said:

the law covenant was a 'shadow' of the better covenant to come.
everyone at sinai agreed to, and was part of that covenant - no exceptions!
it was not just for the priesthood.
I think they came together often to remember everything about Jesus person, his teaching and example, the bread and wine were excellent aide memoirs when taken as Paul commanded, in a respectful, spiritual, way.
TOTALLY agree with you!! I can't understand how a person can be a Christian and not be anointed . IMHO, t he two are inseparable , if you are a Christian then you are anointed .
i am getting so tired of my co-worker who is a "evangelical christian" constantly making racist slurs towards hispanic people.
i just don't get it and it is making me very uncomfortable because i wonder what he says about "black" people behind my back.
everyday he makes comments such as "mexicans" are dumb and stupid, "mexicans all can't speak good english", "mexicans have 50 million babies" and "mexicans are all on welfare".
why identify your co-worker as a Christian? Are you attempting to paint all evangelicals with the same brush?
JeffT, That's not the issue here because it is the same person who has proclaimed himself as Christian .
Booker -T what you describe definitely could be described as a hostile work environment and you have every right to complain .

About wars Jesus never said that wars would be a signal of the end. On the contrary, he warned us not to be deceived for these things.

The WT has done the opposite , took the War of 1914 as a sign of the end and deceived many and is still deceiving .
i had a very nice conversation with a christian man the other day.
it was so nice to speak to someone without fear.
i really just started unloading my burdens upon this man, and he was just awesome.
