CAN A HUMAN-ANIMAL HYBRID BECOME A JW?

suppose for the sake of argument that such a hybrid existed in the flesh,could it become a jw?

Such a creature sounds like an ideal JW in many ways - lower IQ and not quite fitting in with either the animal or human species.

Of course, the "perfect" JW would be a robot, programmed to download only what the GB wanted it to know.

What would you do?

barbie doll's grandson called yesterday saying the his fiancee, wants to meet us.

his hasn't willingly visited us for more than 10 years.

the last few times we saw him, was when we stopped his work, every time we invited to come and visit us and he never has.

It sounds like Barbie's decision if they are her kin. If it were me, I would want to see my grandchild, but I may not wish to give him money. But each of us has our own priorities.

the greatest thing that is holding this organisation is the lack of love.

love bombing is not love and never will be, when it dawns on a person that the love is not genuine then there is no reason for them to continue.

this is the society's nemisis and it is purely of their own making.

In Barbara Grizzutti Harrison's book (available on freeminds.org), she makes the point that most JW's who leave don't make a conscious decision to leave, but feel pushed out. I wouldn't be surprised if that were the case with the majority here.

Has being a JW made you a better person?

ok most of us here on this board (including me) have got our grumbles with the wt for various reasons but please consider this:.

if you came into the 'truth' from the world at whatever point on your life and and have since then left the 'truth', do you think that you are a better person now than before you joined?.

Yes. After about 17 years as a JW, I came to realize that I was not a better person, but, to the contrary, ashamed of the person I had become. The "worldly" people I knew before I was a JW and those I have come to know after leaving are relaxed and happy, more authentic, and great fun. Don't get me wrong. I knew some wonderful JW's, but they were forced to suppress their good qualities to fit the WT mold.

Okay, I'm not sure what thoughts and actions you mean, so I asked my friends if they would take me for a JW. Unanimously, the answer was No. Thank the Lord! Anyway, I'm one of the more fortunate ones here, in that I had a non-JW childhood for the most part, which must make it much easier.

This thread reminds me of what Mel Brooks said about Hitler, that the best possible way to dishonor his memory is to laugh at him. Hence, the great success brought to the film and Broadway version of The Producers. My daughter and I saw the play in New York. It was HILARIOUS!

Take that, all you narcissistic bullies! Why don't you relax, accept reality, and join the fun?
