What a convenient subject topic considering what's happening on the board today. Give me a break.

Seinfeld is too big of a show for them to just release a dvd set. I have no doubt they're planning something though. When it's released. Seinfeld will be rich enough to rule thworld! The world Jerry the world!

Well they didn't help their cause out that's for sure. During the entire day there are a few assholes that will throw an empty bottle towards the stage. They're just plastic remember. Anyways, Cake came onstage (On Canada Day mind you) and informed the audience thaat eventually America would come up with an excuse to take our country over for the water. And as you all know, Canadians being the polite people that they are, they decided to give him the water right now. lol As sad as it was to watch a band I wanted to see booed off the stage, it WAS kind of amusing to watch the lead singer whining that if one more bottle was thrown he'd go home and listening to the keyboardist call the crowd fucking assholes into his mic :P Ah well. The worst thing about the whole thing was that this meant that Nickelback was on the stage sooner and for more time. Worthless formula band. Bah.

Went to Edgefest to watch some bands. Not as great a lineup this year but I still had fun. Downpoint was when "Cake" a band I was looking forward to seeing, was forced off the stage by people throwing water bottles at them. Disappointed and embarassed.

What do Americans actually really know about???
by invisible inwhat do americans in general actually really know about the big outside world outside of their own culture?.
it's certainly not just me, but for years since early childhood in fact, it has been commonly accepted by many, that americans in general are the biggest ignorant fools residing almost anywhere on the planet, yet they still do their damndest to have everyone believe what a great nation they are.
is it even beyond their comprehension how foolish they look often to the rest of the world, the fact that they have so little understanding of problems on the worldwide front?.

Disappointing Mark. If I said that all British women have 4 teeth, the face of abulldog and the cooking ability of a starving Ethiopian I would be blasted and rightly so. What makes it ok for generalisations to be made against Americans and not the rest of the world. Is it some kind of country wide penis envy? I'm Canadian so to you I may be just an unarmed American with health care, but I find your comments to not only be stupid but incorrect. How many times have you been to the U.S Mark? Are you forming your opinions on Americans by what you see on T.V?? I've been to the States many times, and each time I have been surprised by how friendly, warm, humorous, and intelligent the average person is. On the other hand, yesterday I went to an all day music festival where 10000 drunk canadians pelted a band they didn't like with water bottles until the band was forced to quit. When I visited Europe when I was 12, one of my fondest memories is of the pure contempt that our group was treated with (Canadians mind you - loved. *snort*) Did I come back home loudly berating hundreds of millions of people because a few cab drivers charged us 600% his asking price while threatening to dump our luggage in the alley? Maybe following your logic I should have.

If you feel that transfusions are unsafe, despite the fact that tens of thousands of people are saved for every person that contracts a disease etc. than by all means do not have transfusions. If you want to make it a safety issue, then fine. But if you believe that it is a biblical issue, then leave safety out of it. Because THAT'S just not right. Safety has absolutely no bearing if yuor position is biblical.

Well, the light gets brighter as the apostate god Apostor reveals more information to us. Apostates being wrong about this one thing in no way means they are wrong about others. Hope this helps /Naeblis

More people posting than reading
by ballistic injust an observation.
by looking at the active threads view, you can see that there are more people replying or posting than actually reading threads.
there are posts 4 or 5 pages back with only 10 readers and the threads coming to the top on the front page are pushing messages with half a dozen views down the list.
