  the date passed by already, so i will mention the silly rumor that was going around.

  this is freaking hilarious.

  the rumor is a gullibility joke where it is hoped that the reader fails to remember that this holiday observance is on the fixed date of october 31st.

  Who ever started this rumor is dyslexic. But I do like the idea of microwaving my iPhone. The same trick works when trying to dry off your cat after it is bathed.

  This is a question I always ask when someone says the end is so close - you gotta have the KON. How we all long for the days of the USSR when life was so simple. But alas, they are gone. i have never heard anthing official from the governing body who replaces the USSR.

  Just watched a documentary on the Mormon church and I reckon they have got far more scandal and issues with BS doctrins than the witnesses ever did

  must admit i didn't know a lot about the mormon church, so i decided to spend my saturday night exploring them on you tube.

  after having viewed it i reckon the watchtower dosnt even come close to the scandal and total bs that surrounds the mormon church.

  this is just 2 examples.

  I read the book by Jon Krakauer, Under Banner of Heaven. JWs have nothing as compared to the Mormons. They are quite a group.

  as a kid i only collected comic books until around 1962.. my collection was very important to me and i had emotional excitement at the release of a new comic--but--i made a date with 2 girls.

  on the same day and didn't have any money!

  I am not a collector. I probably border on minimalism. Of course, living in a small Manhattan apartment discourages any collecting.

  Also, the whole concept of obsessive collecting is something foreign to me. I just don't get it. I am not critical, just don't get it. Perhaps this goes back to my father who considered a desire to have a hobby a personal weakness. And, collecting - forget about it.

  Why I Refuse to Accept the term APOSTATE

  been going back in forth with my mom (who is a longtime pioneer and dyed-in-the-wool jw) about the term apostate.

  she has labeled me one because of my fading and because i stopped attending meetings a few years ago.

  i told her that i refuse to accept the term apostate because its a lazy way for the wts to not deal with dissenters and address why people are leaving this organization in droves.
