are those claiming to be of the anointed amongst jehovah's witnesses really going to heaven?
many jw' view them as being on a higher spiritual plain than the average jw and that they view the bible as a personal letter to them.

my question still stands.What makes the anointed JWs believe that they are anointed?
Is it because they want to be in Heaven rather than on earth?
Is that the only criteria?
If that's the case, then most members of other Christian religions
are also anointed.What say you ??????????????

....... To put oil on in a religious ceremony.Per Funk & Wagnalls Standard Desk Dictionary.
Now I don't know about you people, but I have never seen a
so called anointed JW get smeared with anything.So where do they get the idea that they are anointed?
OK. Let's say that they are what they say.
They should be able to answer why the WTS has gotten so many things wrong. Correct?Now we must ask these so called anointed JWs.
Have they also taught the same false teachings the WTS has over the years?If the answer is yes, How is it that they can claim to be anointed by God?
Do not the scriptures stress that God is a God of truth?That being so, What explanation can the Anointed JWs give as to the reason that they have taught falseness regarding God?
They may think that they are anointed, but is an anointment with the WTBTS NOT with God.

one such facet of that great illusion is that jws are actually proclaiming gods kingdom and teaching people the truth about god and jesus.

You hit the nail on the head.
Publisher means nothing more to the WTS than someone who
is out selling WT publications to the general public.The meetings in general are nothing more than sales meetings.
And let's not forget that the publisher is working for free.
Not only are they expected to donate themselves for the mags.
but are also expected to seek donations from the public.
The WTS is making out pretty good with it's free labor.Yes,they are under an illusion that they are helping to spread
good news about God, but if they really thought about it with a clear head and paid attention to the constant changing in the teachings that they are helping to spread via the WT publications thay would come to the same conclusion that most of us have.And that is that the WTS is nothing more than a publishing company that is making a bundle off the backs of its free labor. (publishers)
