  10 years since my father died

  it's been over 10 years now since my father died.

  i was a jw at the time.

  i (foolishly) felt relieved at the time thinking that now he would get a resurrection and wouldn't die at armageddon.

  i send you this post because i have a problem with timidity.

  i don't know why but, since i'm young, i have this problem.

  now, i will try to see a psychologist because i want to find the reason why i have this problem.

  I send you this post because I have a problem with timidity. I don't know why but, since I'm young, I have this problem. Now, I will try to see a psychologist because i want to find the reason why I have this problem. Do you know what would be the best thing to do? Did you ever have the same problem than me? Also, when my father died in 1998, I was still under the influence of the jw and i had the hope that someday I would see him in paradise but, today I realize that it wasn't true and I find it hard to deal with it.

  What questions are asked at a JC?

  all of this talk about the judicial committee notes, got me to thinking.

  since i was only a publisher in the congregation, i have no idea what types of questions were asked.

  could somebody fill me in?.

  The number of jw is reducing?

  while, i was a jw, i remember that they told us that when the number of jw who go out will be bigger than the number of new jw who enter, it will be the great tribulation.

  do you think that the gb will try to enter this idea in the mind of the jw?

  While, I was a jw, I remember that they told us that when the number of jw who go out will be bigger than the number of new jw who enter, it will be the Great Tribulation. Do you think that the GB will try to enter this idea in the mind of the jw? I wish that instead of it, this religion will become an almost dead religion like the baptism...

  Upsetting dream---interpretations?

  okay, so i woke up this morning with a nervous lump in my stomach and feeling quite like a little lost child.

  my dreams hardly ever affect me.

  i am remember naeb's dream about a jade monkey and a dog and thinking--okay, maybe my dream can be interpreted as well?

  Me to, I had strange dream of this kind. I remember that in one of my dream, I was returning at the Kingdom Hall and everyone was saying that I wasn't good enough to be a jw and they were shock by my comportment.

  This is very strange that the WBTS associate with the UN because they always said that the UN was bad. I think that they really need money. I read another article where it was write that the church of scientology was run by the CIA. Do you have some information about it?

  What is the real meaning of life?

  i mean, if we have been created by the evolution then, our life really have no purpose.

  we live about 80 years and then we die and it's finish.

  it seem really dull to me.

  Problem with culpability?

  personnally, i had this big problem of culpability when my parents decided to stop to go at the meeting.

  when i was going to high school, i wasn't a jw anymore but i didn't want to participate to the party and other stuffs like that because the watchtower told me that it was wrong.

  after six years out of the org, i'm just starting to feel free and i realized that we can look at the personnality of someone to see if it's a good friend instead of just try to see if he obey to what the wbts told us.

  Thanks for your advice, it's really encouraging to see that I'm not alone with this problem. Also, some person of my family (cousin, uncle) are beginning to see that this religion isn't the truth, I really hope that they'll finally go out of the org.

  personnally, i heard a lot of urban legends about the presence of a devil in a house.

  it was always the same kind of story about a devil who lived in a house and then the jw arrive and they pray jehovah and suddendly, the demon go away...
