New Light on the New Light!!
by The Searcher injust discovered that the 'new light' regarding the the identity of the 'slave' is not so new.
in the brochure "who are doing jehovah's will today?
", (brought out months before the annual meeting) it clearly states in the first paragraph in section 19 that "jesus would appoint the slave - during the time of the end!!

last post doesn't really answer much, another quick search: after ressurection & ascension - before pentecost
*** it-1 p. 364 Bread ***
Jesus presented the merit of his ransom sacrifice to his Father Jehovah God upon his ascension to heaven.
*** it-2 p. 362 Mediator ***
Inauguration of the New Covenant. After Jesus died and was resurrected, he entered into heaven to appear before the person of God to present his offering, the benefits of which go first to those taken into the new covenant. (Heb 9:24) Here he acted both as High Priest and Mediator. In harmony with the pattern followed at the inauguration of the Law covenant, Jesus Christ presented the value of his sacrifice before God in heaven (even as Moses sprinkled the blood on the book of the Law [for God was not personally present there]). Then, on Pentecost day, 33 C.E., Jesus poured out the holy spirit from God on the first ones brought into the new covenant, about 120 persons. Later that day about 3,000, Jews and proselytes, were added to the congregation. (Ac 1:15; 2:1-47; Heb 9:19) And just as Moses read the Law to the people, so Jesus Christ clearly enunciates the terms of the new covenant and its laws to those sharing in it.—Ex 24:3-8; Heb 1:1, 2; Joh 13:34; 15:14; 1Jo 5:1-3.

top of my head: on the death of Jesus the curtain that seperated the Holy from the Most Holy was torn in two. I think at this point His sacrifice was accepted, removing the need of following The Law to be acceptable to God.
hmm just a quick search:
*** it-2 p. 1081 Temple ***
The features of “the true tent,” God’s great spiritual temple, already existed in the first century C.E. This is indicated by the fact that, with reference to the tabernacle constructed by Moses, Paul wrote that it was “an illustration for the appointed time that is now here,” that is, for something that existed when Paul was writing. (Heb 9:9) That temple certainly existed when Jesus presented the value of his sacrifice in its Most Holy, in heaven itself. It must actually have come into existence in 29 C.E., when Jesus was anointed with holy spirit to serve as Jehovah’s great High Priest.—Heb 4:14; 9:11, 12.

next time you do the dishes drop one of her nicest china. does she react the same way?
ALL men bash the bishop. some more some less. does she not know this? I know married guys who do it over FHM or the lengerie section of a catalogue, whatever takes your fancy. OK they haven't been caught doing it, which here is your problem. your wife feels betrayed. I'm gonna guess and I dont mean to sound crude that sex between you has been quiet of late, and I dont mean in decibels. If that is the case then a Man is going to help himself to relieve or experience an orgasm again. she needs to know this. I could be way off base here so I apologise in advance. She wants to tell your daughter and boss, friends elders etc to cause you shame. when in reality no one is going to care but her.

I have often wondered if they do. They receive alot of 'benefit in kind' BIK. Company Car+Fuel, Official accomadation inc all bills paid for. Fed and Watered inc the wife most days.
then i think if they have not paid enough NI or Tax, and they have to give up circuit work for health or old age will they receive a state pension?

the pdf from NRK on juan viejo2's link are difficult to read. I looked at the questions aswered by email to the bethel spokesman and it is always reported to the police is the standard answer. some of the answers given are NOT truthful, they 'sound' like they are but in reality we know how it goes.

They do this with Daniel 2:1 also: " . . .And in the second year of the kingship of Neb·u·chad·nez′zar, . . ." The Daniel prophecy book explains that this was in the 2nd year after Neb. sacked Jerusalem. (605 by WT dating.) In reality it was 604/3, which was, just as Daniel said, 'in the 2nd year of Neb's kingship' - Bobcat
There is NO warrant for interpreting "the third year of the kingship of Jehoiakim" as "the third year of the vassalage of Jehoiakim" or interpreting "the second year of the kingship of Nebuchadnezzar" as "the second year of Nebuchadnezzar's reign as world ruler" after Jerusalem's destruction, in 'reality' his 20th year of kingship ( Daniel's Prophecy , p. 46). No warrant. -AnnOMaly
Ah yes, thank you. that explains alot. That is really bad interpretation, to read into something that fits an already held belief. why not just believe what it actually says and go from there. Nope, got to get to 607 somehow.
