  one of the greatest problems for the future of our economy is only known by few "insiders".

  even wts do not know this matter.

  since i'm a patent-expert, it's perhaps my own business to talk about it.

  What is the problem if the whole world has to go back to basic living? forced to.

  all present comfort, modern devices are only a few decades old...

  Some countries do not have even tv

  SO WHAT?

  the world may end as we know it now SO WHAT?

  nationalism and rivalilty going right down to the core, where not even 'loving' couples can stay together for too many years

  if human race could deal with that basic problem everything else is minor.

  that kind of non productive actitude "evil", do you know where is coming from?

  How can we know if a spirit world exists?

  the only way we as humans can examine the universe is through our brains.. theres nothing we can do about it.

  all senses and experiences are taken in by or bodies and interpreted in our minds.

  we can not know of anything that our minds can't take in.. for example if we were all blind and no humans had eyes and the part of the brain that interprets vision we would have no concept of seeing or even the existence of light.. this creates a problem, how can we know whether things exist outside of our senses.

  being a witness, there is one aspect of it that i. never gave much thought about.. jealousy.

  after reading puppylove's post, "a sad example of jw brainwashing /twisted thinking", and hearing very familiar comments, i have decided to relate an experience i had a few days ago, which i am leary to relate since the key factor severely limits the jw population of "possibles".

  a jw, who usually avoids me like the plague, placed themself in a position of being alone with me for a few hours due to their greedy desire to obtain something free.

  In what field?

  I was close to a person who has a master in mathematics (pure). It makes me sick, really, talking to the person for 2 minutes.

  jw (and many others) mind set is one reason i have not ruled out 'spirits' totally, i have not found a logical explanation for their behaivor.

  lack of education (ironic) in one form or another is my only explanation so far.

  i understand an asccii alpha character= to a number in decimal value, or has a numeric value

  BUT EXPLAIN HOW a decimal value converted to a binary asccII and then back to decimal it changes value in the process???

  you made a mistake, they told you to assume the asccii characters were to be transmitted on a rs232 serial port using a async protocol with even parity, you had to take into 'account' the parity bit!
