  those folks on this forum that are abusive and they know who they r are a waste of time to be around !!!

  most of these abusive folks are jws with a few who say they r xjw but in reality are still active jws are not worth my being around and they are not constructive and upbuilding for me to associate with so therefore wonderwoman77, etc.

  I know why BFD likes backgammon and tile rummy, she beats my ass everytime. The other day we played 10 games of backgammon and the doggie won em all. me sad. But me smart at scrabble and I kicked ass with BFD. Yeah!!! Eat your heart out doggie....
  I love scrabble and monopoly, skip bo and trival pursuit and cards and darts and euhcre, if only I could win at euchre, I always mix up what is trump. dah.. Games I love. and I really like Bigfloppydog too.

  Were any divorced over oral sex?

  let me explain:.

  in times past, the society's policy was that a witness mate could divorce their mate who demanded or had them perform oral sex and persisted with their views.. later the policy was revised to mean a witness mate could divorce their mate who had oral sex with someone.....outside of the marriage.. are there any here who had this experience with the old arrangement, or do you know of any cases in which this happened?.

  my reason for asking is, i wonder how many lives were ruined by another wt blunder.

  Oral sex, hummmmmm well I was disfellowshipped for adultrey and yes oral sex, but I didn't give the congregation elders the satisfaction of knowing any details as I refused their "INVITATION" to meet with them to discuss what I had done.
  There is nowhere in the scriptures that it says oral sex is wrong. When God gave his rules and regulations to the Isrealites in the book of Levitcus, the subject is not even mentioned.
  I know JWs personally who feel that there is nothing wrong with oral sex and have they practised it throughout their marriage. How can the WTBS tell a person what they can and cannot do in their personal sexual life? As far as I am concerned its not their place to police peoples sexual escapdes.
  Some people find discussing the subject of oral sex difficult, but I think you will find alot of people do it but won't admitt it. That is just my personal observation though.

  in the past i have sometimes felt like i have to be the 'bad guy', so to speak, because i need to lock or delete topics, deactivate people, try and stop fights and such like - basically, telling people off and not being 'nice'.. well, apart from the odd heated debate and harsh word (and disruptive 'visit') i have not really had a great deal to do for the past month or two and it has been very nice - a pleasure to serve.. so ... i thought i should say a 'thank you' instead of a "stop it!

  I am not one to gossip or take sides, but I have to admit it that Queenie is probably in need of medical attention. She is incoherent, she makes no sense what so ever. She seems harmless, but a real annoyance never the less. Blocking is the only way you will prevent her from harrassing you.
  And by the way Queenie don't email me either, just in case you feel compelled to. Because I will block you too. You need professional help, I urge you to seek it out.

  I love cats and kittens and horses and my most favourite is the Panda bear. I just think they are amazing creatures. They have those beautiful eyes, that make you melt in you heart when you look into them.

  when an elder called us to "invite" us to the kh to meet with them to question us regarding accusations of apostasy, while another elder sneakily sat on another line as a "second witness", we, after not being active for several years, having no contact with anyone in the congregation, we felt their phone call was harrassing.

  we called our lawyers who drew up a letter that say:.

  watchtower bibel & tract society.

  Using Legal letters with the WTBS means nothing to them at all. As far as the Society is concerned it is in the organization and the law of the land has no hold over the laws of God and his earthly organization. If the judical systems grants you what you want such as no disfellowsjipping of disassoction, it means squat to the organization, they will disfellowship you or disassociate you no matter what the laws says. They feel they are dealing with God's laws and not mens laws. They can do this in absentia. I was difellowshipped in absentia. I could have used the courts to my advantage, but like I said it means nothing to the Society. The only way the WTBS will feel the fury of the law is when it is exposed as a harbourer of criminals. Dateline can't come fast enough so the world can see that JWs are no better then other religions. At least the RC church is acknowledging the wrong they have done and in someway trying to make restatution to its victims. I don't think you will see the WTBS ever do that. Time will tell.

  I have always felt good about who and what I am and can say with all sincerety, that being free of religious bondage has allowed me to become carefree and happy to a degree that I thought was never attainable in my live.
  I feel I am more broadminded and have become more caring and less inhibited. My hubby says JWs live in caccoons and are so brainwashed that its almost unbelieveable. He has been the best thing in my life and the second best thing is I have now re-established a long lost friendship that had us seperated for seven years gratis the WTBS. Life has its ups and downs but as long as I have breathe I will always know that I made the best decsion in leaving the organization, that suppresses, represses,depresses,every aspect of ones life. I have FREEDOM, to make my own choices and if they are mistakes so what.
  I will travel the avenue of life as a wiser kinder and compassionate person and anyone can travel this road with me.

  ICE COLD BEER..bottles,cans or on tap

  i`m sitting here in front of the computer with a nice cold bottle of molson canadian beer.i don`t drink canned beer unless i`m camping deep in the forest.its easyer to pack,and cans dont explode(bottles will)if your going up a rough mountain road.i prefer my beer stored in a bottle,i think the taste is a lot crisper.so how do you prefer your favorite beer?bottles,cans or on tap served in a frosty mug..

  Can I DA myself in a newspaper?

  what do you think of this idea, has it been done?

  i was thinking that if i did decide to da myself, one fun way to do it might be to place a public notice in a regional paper.

  something not libelous(unfortunately), just saying that i no longer wanted to be know as one of jws because i could not reconcile the discrepancies/divide between jws organization and the bible.

  Great idea. I know of a case where a disfellowshipped daughter placed an obituary in the newspaper and had flowers delivered to her parents. Now that is putting a nail in the coffin.
